Very nice hotel, very clean and recently refurbished rooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. Staff was extremely pleasant. On our last day, we were able to leave ou suitcases and come back later before heading off to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and would recommend it 100%. Excellent value for money!

I am writing this review after returning from my third stay in 18 months, so can speak from experience.
Let me start of by saying that when you book this hotel I imagine most sane people have done their research, and not simply read some petty reviews, and realise it is a distance from beach and town centre (about 30 minute walk or under 4 Euros in a cab!).
I have always found the staff, through from reception to cleaners to be competent, courteous and professional. The rooms are a good size and are more than adequate for self catering especially as you mainly use them for a few hours relaxation or for sleeping. You are not paying for 5 star luxury, so don't moan when you don't receive it.
I have seen complaints about cockroaches and on previous occasions I have admittedly seen a couple on the lower reception levels, but never to any amount to suggest an infestation as several reviews seem to imply. On my most recent stay, we left on 6/1/2024 I did not see a single one. And I would just like to point out that on my 3 visits here I have never seen any in our apartments, so please don't be put off by exaggerated claims.
In relation to the swimming pool being small, they are, but you can see this from the pictures displayed before you book or when doing your research so please don't complain when you get there and they are the same size as displayed online! They are ample for cooling off but be warned they are cold, but again once you are in your body will acclimatise to it!
You pay for what you get and I certainly feel that I have had value for money, and I am more than happy with the service I have received especially from reception staff. Thank you.
I would just like to point out that I am in no way associated with the hotel or any staff and am simply a satisfied customer, so much so that I am returning again later this month.

Cannot fault this place whatsoever. We knew it was a little out of the way when booking so this didn't come as a surprise. The rooms are spacious and clean and all staff we have come across have been lovely. Would certainly return.

Came here for the Lanzarote marathon weekend. Well staffed reception area with long hours and very helpful.
Apartments huge and lovely beds. A weird smell which we finally identified as coming from the drains.
Great to get a cold beer during the day. Supermarket is about a 15 minute walk.
Small pool and it is a 30 minute walk to the town centre. But staff were wonderful and less than 5 euros for a taxi.

Its nice and comfy and really home-y but its quite far from the beaches and stores, but overall good view of the mountains and sky,the staff been very welcoming to us also,The Pool is absoloutely freezing though.
