Absolutely amazing place to stay over. Helpful, caring staff. Nice clean outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beds with umbrellas. Every meal is a Buffet consisting delicious treats. Rooms are big enough, clean. There is a fridge, cooking hob, kettle, iron, microwave, hairdryer in them. Kitchen also contained sets of glasses, plates and so on. Our upper floor room had two balconies. Ground floor rooms had extra swimming pool along garden side accessible directly from them. Its 2 mins from main road and 10mins walk from Bali Beach. There is carpark on site. Well worth of recommending even more of coming again.

Overall a very good experience. Stelios is always helpful and looking after the guests. Is a relaxed atmosphere compared to bigger hotels

This was our first family vacation in Crete and we were surprised how friendly and helpful people in Greece are, especially mr. Stelios! This place is family-baby friendly, it’s further from the beach but it’s ok to walk there. We loved the swimming pool, Mountain View and that the hotel is not crowded. In addition, we could check out later which is great when you have small kids and you’re leaving after lunch. Food options are very limited but sufficient. We approve! :)

Family of four - 2 adults, 2 teenagers - swim-up room.
We have just returned from 10 days at the T Hotel Premium Suites. We normally go self catering, but made the decision to got for all-inclusive this year, albeit on a much smaller scale than we have done before.
The hotel is small enough to be quiet and intimate, but big enough to deliver a great level of service, and as previous reviews suggest, Stelios is such a great guy and will do everything he can to make your stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.
THE ROOM: Like all Greek hotel rooms we have stayed in, there are little niggles, but nothing to get upset about unless you are overly precious. It is all very well equipped and comfortable and our beds had memory foam toppers and decent pillows, which meant we slept really well the whole time we were there.
THE FOOD: Never any issues with seating and food availability. The food was perfectly adequate. For breakfast you could have cooked or continental selections and for lunch and dinner a selection of rice and pastas, coupled to different vegetable and meat dishes. Quite a few little extra sides too, with a few Greek options, which we love. A good selection of deserts/pastries.
THE DRINKS: Beer, soft drinks and coffee were all 'help yourself'. One type of beer (cold, wet and perfect in the sun), 10 or so soft drinks (juices and fizzy) from a multi-dispenser and a variety of coffee styles from a machine on the counter. Cocktails were all made with local spirits. I have better cocktails, but I have also had a lot worse.
POOL AREA: We had a swim-up pool, which we didn't use as much as I thought we would, but it was a nice escape in the afternoon as after about 2pm it is in the shade. We never had any issues getting sun beds around the main pool, even with the hotel full. In fact the first beds went after about 10am, nobody was reserving and there were clusters/pairs available all day - but maybe not with an umbrella.
BALI: We walked into Bali quite a few times (even did a couple of runs down the hill in the morning). We also walked back a couple of times in the evening (BRING A TORCH!!) It is uphill, but its not too steep. You can catch the land train to stop 2 (1/3 way up the hill), or the Fillion shuttle bus, but I think that only leaves from the far beach, not sure of you can flag it down. We also walked across the top to the Fillion and it is much bigger, much busier and I wonder if the people there look across at the quieter T Hotel and wish they were there instead.
Bali does not offer the greatest choice of restaurants and the beaches are wall-to-wall sunbeds, which is a shame, but there are plenty of supermarkets, some very nice gift shops and smaller cafes.

First of all I would like to thank Stelios, the hotel manager, very much. On the first day of our holiday, I realised that I had forgotten an important medicine at home. After I told Stelios about this, he immediately took me to the next pharmacy and the pharmcist there was fortunately able to give me the medicine. So our holiday was saved. Stelios is a super employee who is always ready with advice and action to help the guest!!!!
The water in the swimming pool was not murky as some claim and there was no smell in our flat either.
