allover perfect stay. rooms are comfortable, modern and sparkling clean. Pool is amazing with mountain view. Very calm. Food is very good. Manager and staff are kind and helpful. We can recommend this hotel at any time.

We had a great stay as a group of 6, rooms were spacious enough for us with 2 balconies on both sides of the hotel. We stayed for 6 days. Stelios made our stay extremely memorable and pleasant, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and well accommodated, helping us find any transfers we needed when visiting other sides of the island, or recommending places, also helped us with a medical emergency we had and was very efficient with this. If it wasn’t for him our experience would not have been this good. He is a lovely man and you can tell he cares about his guests. He definitely needs a raise and a bit more recognition! Pavlo was also very helpful and kind. Breakfast was the same everyday but there was enough variety to switch it up. There was a good variety for dinner ranging from chicken, beef, shrimp, octopus, pork, veg options depending on the day. The hotel was peaceful and clean, the views of the mountains were beautiful. The cleaners came everyday to change the sheets. You can easily get a cab or use the little green train service that runs from the top of the road, it’s roughly a 5-10 min walk and costs 3€ one way or 5€ round trip- it is called Magic Train Bali tour. The town/ beach area is no longer than a 10min drive so we didn’t really have an issue with location.

This holiday was booked with love holidays and Jet2 please refer to comments at the end of this review for important information which may influence your decision to book! Firstly let me commend the Manager of this hotel "Stellios" his work and attention to our group of 10 made this holiday a success! When we arrived on this holiday it was not the best start with the transfer dropping our group in the dark not at hotel (see love holidays comments below) Stellios was not at all happy with this and strongly advised us to complain he had went as far as leaving the food avaliable for our group to eat as we had arrived well past our expected arrival and the set diner time! THAT IS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! As you can see from my videos and pictures this is indeed a 4*hotel and the building and settings certainly deserve those stars! Our problem arose a few days later because of the descriptions of facilities posted on UK websites (see below) which were not accurate and as we had children ranging from 2 to 16 bordem soon set in. We spoke to love holidays! No joy even tho they had breached sales of goods act I went to talk with the manager Stellios and advised him of Love Holidays stance and showed him our recived responses. Stellios, under no obligations to himself or the hotel chain arranged for us all to be moved to the 5* sister hotel Filion hotel some 20 odd minutes walk (fit person) further into the hills (please refer my Google review on this hotel for further information) Stellios made sure we were settled and kept up full contact during our stay with us seeing him almost daily and on many occasions goimg as far as ferrying us on our excursions to and from hotels and locations in his own personal car, Which is just unheard of. would recommend this hotel for Just Stellios alone but obviously that's not constructive. This Hotel is perfect for couples and young adults but I would advise against it for the younger child only due to the lack of child play area, games, pool tables, table tennis games etc are not on site if these were installed then child bordem will not be a future issue but I believe this hotel is aimed as a more adult clientele. The Swim up room (as advertised by Love Holidays) is the star of the show (please refer to video) and IS exactly as described beautiful spacious rooms with Remote air conditioning in every room Flat screen TV in every room even a phone In the toilet! Full kitchens etc just a very nice high quality all around. Food is served as usually done at hotels with breakfast lunch and dinner at the usual holiday hotel times with sandwichs and cakes usually left at the bar throughout the day and in addition ice-cream and soft drinks available around the clock! I walked into the bar/dinning area one morning around 3am and just helped myself to ice ream and apple juice no problems. The cleaners are exceptional end of story! Certain staff are used between hotels there was one person that stood out for all the wrong reasons "Alexander" you'll notice him tall with earing in his right ear actually told one of our party yes we could use all facilities in sister hotel but we could not eat there, This was confirmed untrue by the manager Stellios, if you ask for orange juice at the bar he will pour orange squash, with that sort of behaviour he definitely puts a bad light on the rest of the hard working team! In conclusion The quality of the hotel is definitely not in question and the manager Stellios is just about the best manager I have ever encountered I have been around the world and have never had such service from an individual ever. Me and my family went on this 13 day vacation, all inclusive. On arrival we met the what we thought was the manager named 'Stelios' He helped us kindly to check in the hotel and helped us bring our luggage to the room. On arrival the rooms where very clean, our bed was made. But saddly there was one bed missing, Stelios helped us fix the problem and he got a bed. After that we asked him if it was available to order some food, he called and we got some food deliverd to our room. Which was very nice! The next few days where absolutely amazing! The hotel was very nice, except the food wasnt up to our taste. But we saw other guests eating a lot so we figured out it wasnt up to our taste! The rest of the hotel staff was very annoyed it seems, and when asking questions about the region they didnt seemed informed well. But when we asked Stelios, in our opinion the only reason the hotel is running. He knew everything, told us what to do, told us where to go and all of that. Sadly on our last day we missed the transfer, and we asked a younger guy if he could help us, and he told us. 'Now your problem is my problem' And that guy was very rude. We asked Stelios to help us, and he booked a taxi for us. Its because of him we caught our flight. The location isnt ideal and without a rental you wont be going far. Thanks for the amazing trip! First time in Greece and didn't disappoint, great hotel, amazing staff, helpful and friendly. There is a good variety of food 3 times a day, coffee bar, cocktails, wine and beer + all sorts of non alcoholic beverages. Everyday maintenance of the big and private pools (early in the morning, so you can dive in after breakfast 👍🏻) We went to look for peace, quiet and relaxation and we found it, thanks to the people who work there and made us feel at home after day 1. I highly recommend it.
