This hotel truly works for every type of stay, family trips, couples, business visits, short stopovers, and even winter stays. From the very first moment, there’s a feeling of warmth and welcome, with a positive energy that makes you feel comfortable right away.
The location is excellent, right next to the beach, which is amazing and easy to enjoy at any time of the day. The premises are well maintained, comfortable, and create a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.
The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and professional, you never feel like just another guest. Food was excellent, with generous portions, and breakfast offered plenty of fresh choices. The pool area is perfect for unwinding and slowing down.
Overall, great value for money and a place you’d happily return to, no matter the reason for your stay.

We loved the hotel. Friendly peaple, delicouse food, good coffie, nice accommodations, a lovely Swimmingpool and is just 5 min walk from a lake where you can see flamingos. It is close to the airport in Larnaka, just a 15 min drive, I’ m looking forward to come back.

I cannot recommend SVELTOS Hotel enough! From check-in to check-out, the service is always impeccable. The staff took the time to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the food were outstanding. It was my 5th stay here. I will never stay elsewhere from now on. I was gutted when I fractured my ankle last week and SVELTOS hotel had no rooms available for me to stay longer. This hotel is a gem! Thank you to all the lovely ladies at reception and the lovely gentleman “the night owl” in the evenings there at the reception. And a big thank you to Theodora & Christina for being so helpful the night my fall happened and helping to get my suitcases to my friends house 🤗

I stayed at the Sveltos Hotel in Oroklini. The hotel itself is generally clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned regularly, which was a plus.
However, there are several downsides that made the stay less enjoyable. The swimming pool is in poor condition, with peeling paint, and on arrival there was an unpleasant smell around the pool area. Additionally, the surroundings of the hotel are currently heavily affected by massive road construction works. There is constant noise, the smell of asphalt and tar, and heavy trucks and road rollers working nearby. Because of this, it is very difficult to reach the beach, which in any case is rocky, undeveloped, and not really worth visiting. Bus stops are hard to access due to the construction, and buses rarely stop there. There are also no shops or amenities nearby, so unless you rent a car, the location is not convenient at all.
As for the food, I had half board. Breakfast was always the same with little variety, while dinner was chosen from a small set menu with limited options. Drinks were not included and had to be paid for separately.
At night, the atmosphere was not very relaxing either, as there were often noisy guests disturbing the peace.
Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and the staff are polite, the pool condition, poor location, lack of beach access, and the ongoing noisy roadworks made the stay disappointing. I would only recommend this hotel for travelers who have a rental car and plan to spend most of their time outside the property.
