Stay here a number of years ago and really enjoyed our stay, but due to the pandemic only got back here in September. There has been major upgrades to the room including a fridge and new decor . And the pool now has steps and the ladders remove which is a massive improvement and the children's pool now section off for better security . As people have stated that the hotel is out of lanaca,s main strip but easily reach from the bus in 10 mins . Getting to the hotel from the airport can be made by the top floor bus number 425 (2.40E) and stops at the fire station and then a short walk to the hotel. Ayia napa can also be reach from the same stop (7 euros) return. The staff were very friendly and the drinks at the hotel very reasonable. In fact while sitting around the pool which was never too busy the bar staff would come around taking orders for food and drinks nice touch . If there was any minor niggles the breakfast could be warmer ( nice selection) and the half board we booked could have a more varied menu on the al a cart section i.e starters all contained bread and the mains more choice . However we always found something to eat . Will be coming back again for sure .

Had a great 9 nights stay at Sveltos hotel with my partner. George and Yuliia were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Also Eleanor at reception was lovely too. Food was yummy and the drinks. Only negative thing we would say is we wished the rooms would be a bit more thoroughly cleaned. Only cleaning that was done was beds being made daily. Location is a bit out of the way so having a hire car is beneficial. We would come back again if we need to stay in Larnaca :)

Great hotel, enjoyed our stay here. We definitely will stay here again. The pool was not open but I knew this beforehand, only because I asked but they said it would be open 25th May. They did not update us before we got there to say it was still closed and then said 1st June. I could tell they weren't happy with it either but I expected some compensation. Nice hotel rooms though. Breakfast was included and was more than enough. Food at the poolside bar is overpriced but expected at a hotel. Luggage storage is good in the hotel. Reception staff nice. Great birdwatching lakes next to the hotel, beach very close and restaurants and bus to Larnaca only down the road. Good location.

It’s a very nice place with a gorgeous service. Very clean,food is very delicious, Pool is so clean and clear, Room service are proffesional. Location is so good for relaxation. Sveltos is very recommended .

My partner and I came for 10 days in July all inclusive. We had a superior room and it was really clean and tidy with a great poolside view from the balcony. We had a delayed flight to get there, but there was food for us when we arrived, which was lovely. What really made the experience for us though was the staff - especially Celia. She really went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure to talk with her. She was friendly, personable and was always able to answer any questions that we had. In addition, we were able to check out late since we had a late flight back home, which was really helpful and really helped us. Food was exceptional! We will definitely book to stay here again after such a great experience.
