I had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Crete Beach & Village. The location is perfect — right by the sea, with a beautiful view and easy beach access. The pools are large, clean, and great for relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with enough variety to start the day well. Booking through Agoda also included free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the interior design felt a little bit old-fashioned. Still, everything was comfortable and well-maintained.
Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time. Definitely a good value for the price, and I would recommend it for both couples and families.

We just got back last week. The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day. And mainly, the staff were all amazing, Smiling all the time so we Felt very welcomed. Even though they were working very hard they all were just so friendly! Thank you for a great Holiday And we absolutely recommend this hotel! 🌴🤿♥️

Very nice hotel, old but well kept. The staff is wonderful and always smiling, and the rooms on the ground floor with a garden are a paradise for children. the highest praise for the pirates animation team, our twins enjoyed their time. Sea is wonderful, but quite cold in the second half of June. all in all a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.
