Food is fantastic, Lovely service felt accommodated the whole time. There are loads of activities for kids to do and the entertainment team are very good with all the children on the resort. The rooms are accommodated with extra amenities such as a sewing kit and body exfoliating scrubs they are also very clean. The staff members are very nice and really helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with or without kids Lovely experience.

During our visit we arrived in February 2026 to a building site. This was not described anywhere on the website of the resort or on booking.com. This was absolutely not what we booked and would not recommend staying here until all upgrades are completed. Check first. Sitting by the pool you only here pneumatic drills and other building works.
We were moved to their sister resort, The Alora, 300m away. Which was fantastic.

The hotel is very large and offers many activities. There are waterslides for both children and adults, and the swimming pools are always clean and well maintained. The rooms are spotless. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious dishes.
I want to thank the entire staff who truly made this holiday the best of my life. I have travelled a lot around the world, but I have never seen a staff as exceptional and positive as this one.

* **Mina** makes the best Turkish coffee.
* **Abderrahmane** at the beach bar surprised me every day with different cocktails and impressed guests with the many languages he speaks.
* **Mahmoud** at the reception is always smiling and full of positive energy every time I see him.
* **Ahmed, Ziad, Yahya, and Ahmed** from the Aqua Park ensure everyone stays safe and has fun.
* The **chefs** at the restaurant happily share their recipes when you ask.
* The **animation team** creates unforgettable moments every day and night, making the stay even more enjoyable.
* And a special mention to the gentleman at reception who speaks French — unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was the kindest person, taking the time to explain everything and help us discover the hotel.
My vacation went by quickly, but I will definitely come back. And once the renovation work — which is already well isolated — is completed, I’m sure the hotel will be fully booked all the time, so it’s best to reserve in advance!

The entertainment team was fantastic!! Especially Aladino and his girlfriend Biha, Omar was also very friendly and enthusiastic, which was great, their enthusiasm and energy.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was fantastic, especially the cocktails from Youssef Gad. Abdelmoniem from the lobby bar is a legend, and of course, I can't forget the service from the friendly Ahmed Gahlan!! They are truly the best bartenders at this resort and incredibly friendly! Everything was amazing. I will definitely come back just for these wonderful people.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Before arriving, I read the reviews on Booking and Google and saw some negative comments, but I did not experience any of those. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They called our room every day to ask if we needed anything. Every morning at breakfast, they visited each table one by one to check if everything was okay. They made us feel valued. The rooms were clean, and we did not encounter any negative issues. Thank you very much for everything.
