I had a really enjoyable stay at Riviera Aqua Park. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great for families, especially with the aqua park being such a fun highlight. The pools were always lively, and there was plenty to do during the day.
What truly made the experience special was the entertainment team. A huge thank you to Aladino, Biha, and the rest of the team — they were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, energetic, and always made sure everyone felt included. The daytime activities were fun, and the evening shows were entertaining and well-organised. Their enthusiasm really created a great atmosphere around the hotel.
The staff overall were helpful and welcoming, and the food offered a good variety with something for everyone.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending my holiday at this wonderful hotel in Hurghada, and I can say without hesitation that the animation team was the heartbeat of the entire experience. Everything was wonderful. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and extremely helpful. The facility had everything you could need, and you can find everything you are looking for right there. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
What truly makes this place special is not only its excellent facilities and reasonable prices, but also the warm, helpful attitude and professionalism of all the staff, which makes you feel like part of a family. Every request I made was met with great effort, making the entire experience truly exceptional.
It was almost impossible not to be satisfied every day. My experience was checked in real time through personal messages and one-on-one communication, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With activities continuing throughout the day, I never felt the need to leave the hotel during my vacation.

We stayed at this hotel with my mom for 9 days. It was wonderful and we both recommend it. The food here was amazing, we went to 3 "A La Carte"s. The entertainment team members were really kind and very positive and the activities we did were great. I mostly liked aqua gym, yoga, stretching and the foam party. The rooms are a little bit old but everything was clean and the bedsheets were really soft. The night shows were extremely fun and exciting to watch.

A fantastic hotel with the highest standards
The stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Security was very high, with well-placed lifeguards at all pools, water activities and on the beach, creating a safe environment for both adults and children.
The rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. Although the furniture was somewhat simple, it was fully functional and well maintained. The restaurants were always clean and the food varied, tasty and of excellent quality – something that was really appreciated every day.
The morning activities were fun and engaging, and the evening shows offered high-quality entertainment with variety that kept interest going throughout the stay.
The staff deserve a special mention – they were fantastic, friendly and showed a high degree of professionalism in all situations. Their sense of service made the whole experience even better.
I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and safe holiday with high Service and quality.
