I don't understand so many negative reviews for this place, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left it was a truly fantastic experience. We arrived later after dinner had finished bit we were offered sandwiches which was a nice touch. The room was fine, clean with two beds, sofa, wardrobe and bathroom, nice veranda with table and chairs, what more do you need? One suggestion though, take an extension lead as we only had one socket in the room and one in the bathroom. Facilities were great, three pools, three bars, including a snack bar serving hams, cheeses and pizza throughout the day. The view from the pools is beautiful and you must watch the sunset from the main pool! All the staff from the receptionists, the bar staff to the entertainment team were so friendly, chatty and welcoming. You pay a euro deposit for your drinks cup and use it all holiday, it gets washed on every use and its a great idea, the drinks are unlimited and they don't hold back on the measures so be careful! Although the location is a little out of the way there is a bus stop at the top of the road and you can easily move around the island or you can rent a car or scooter from the resort. The food in the restaurant is very good, lots of selection and soft drinks, beer and wine on tap to help yourself to.
The only negative for this resort is that it's huge and sprawling, lots of steep paths and steps so not really suitable for people with mobility issues, otherwise its worth every penny.

Don't spoil your holiday by staying here. Arrived today 30/9/23 checked in by some young girl who didn't have a clue. Anyway on receiving the keys we were given a room that had 2 single bed for me and my wife that backed onto neighbours room which the only thing separated by was a bedroom door with keyhole looking straight through. We asked to upgrade and was charged 20 euros pp per night, thank god we only here for 4 days. All inclusive you have to buy your own plastic cup at 2 euros 50 cent. Breakfast, dinner and tea no snacks. They definitely want to make cut backs. If this place is still open next year I'll be surprised. Don't ruin your holiday honestly coz ruined ours. Food is bearable and I'm not fussy but if you have kids bring your own food. All staff never crack a smile but I'd probably hate working here to. Not got any good points even with it being so out of the way you would think they should put on a free bus. Everything seems to be 3rd World at this holiday so save your money

Reviews read prior to going we're a little unfair
We booked and decided to take on the chin any issues.
The place was clean, staff friendly, food plentyful and swimming pools clear.
We spent most the week next to the middle swimming pool which was generally quieter with nicer sunbeds.
We took a morning down to the sea and had a great time in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. Yes, there are 370 steps down (and back up!). Check the tide times or getting in the sea could be fun.
The room was adequate and what you should expect for two star.
I would go back again 🙂

I have just came back from here on the 11th of October. I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews but honestly the place was lovely, the views alone are worth a 5 star. I don't know how anyone can complain about the place. It clearly states its a 2 star however I personally think its worth much more than that. The food was nice, the drinks were nice, the pools were beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. You get given one cup for 1 euro on your arrival which you have to use all of the time, however I just bought another cup for another euro so could get 2 drinks at a time so I didn't have to go up to the bar as often. It is away from everything, however it's really easy to get a bus from just round the corner from the hotel, where you can visit, S'arenal, palma, for a bit night life and shops and beaches. Or I would highly recommend getting a bus to cala pi, where they have the most amazing beach cove. Just beautiful. This hotel is not a place to go if you have mobility problems, and is much better for fit people. I walked down the 300/400 steps a few times where you come to the sea, you can get in to go for a swim here, there is no beach but there are rocks/concrete ledge you can relax on and dry off after a dip in the sea. The entertainment tried hard, it wasn't great but the kids that were there seemed to love it. The magician was really good though. The rooms are very dated and basic, however the beds were comfy, I met some friends staying in the newer rooms and these were lovely, so of you want a bit more of a luxury room it might be worth upgrading. The basic rooms had beds, tv and shower. The nicer rooms had fridge, microwave etc and looked much nicer, but the basic room was good enough for me as I was never in it. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who loves beautiful views, nice pools, and walking. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place, it met all of my needs.

We stayed in one of the superior bungalows, although basic they were clean and done up to a nice standard.
Food was basic but enjoyable although often very random and weird in their pairings.
The location is great for views but you are a €15-€20 euro taxi ride away from the beach, something to bare in mind
They have a shop, salon and other bits and bobs on site and the activities they offer are great.
The wifi is awful, you have to pay extra for it and the connection is so bad. I’d also say the sun loungers are really uncomfortable and don’t adjust , that would be my only two gripes
Good holiday for a cheap price, don’t expect luxury if you stay here but all in all very enjoyable
