We arrived late in the night and we went to the reception to check in and the receptionist didn’t speak much English and it was difficult to communicate and understand him. The room was basic, not many hangers and the wardrobe was only open shelves. We were ground floor room and the door to the balcony is not safe as it doesn’t close and lock properly. The bathroom was small and very dirty. The cleaning was not very good as the cleaners didn’t change sheets for a week, sometimes didn’t even clean the floors and towels were changed only few times. There was not much choice for Greek food also the food was NOT labelled and allergy advice written which made us hard time with our child being allergic. We asked the receptionist for advice on the allergy labels and choices, she said she will ask in the kitchen but she actually never did and made us to ask the chef ourselves, which again was a problem due to the language barrier. The pool you would never find a space if you wake up after 7am :) ,Just few Sun beds for the whole hotel. We had to go few times nearby hotel for the paid pool . The hotel pool was also Very slimy, slippery floors especially outside bathrooms and snacks bar. The bathroom next to the pool, which where the only ones you couldn’t lock The doors, they didn’t have soap there for few days and when they did fill it it was a washing up liquid! The bar was ok, the wine and the beer is just to refresh, they are not Alcoholic at all as well the cocktails are very very weak. Entertainment was very poor (nothing for children) The kithchen team ,bar and restaurant tried the best to help. AVOID if you have food allergies!

The location of the hotel was very nice, close to some amazing beaches with great view and very clean, crystal clear water. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food was good, tasty and everyone got something for his/her taste. They had a nice pool, close to the bar. The barman was very friendly.

A short walk from a lovely beach with great views. Stayed all inclusive but mainly ate out as food was limited and cold, luke warm at best (unless you ran in whilst owners and staff ate then it was hot!!) Our room was acceptable, well only just, good job we only spent a few hours in it sleeping. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, shower cubicle (a bar with a curtain) was falling off the wall and generally grimey. Staff were pleasant and helpful but would not stay here again.

After reading all the bad reviews we were so worried about the holiday . For all those who are thinking about going please read an honest review . The room we had was decent enough aircon and shower room good enough we were next to the barking dogs but they weren't like others have said barking all day /night just odd occasion like dogs do ! We did have a few picky bits again like people have mentioned wood chipped on door cracked tile etc etc but i wasnt there to inspect the rooms it was clean enough and room cleaned with fresh towels everyday . All inclusive food was actually decent well cooked and a great choice . Can get a little repetitive but again we ate out aswell as thats what holidays are about..if your fussy and picky then maybe this hotel isnt for you..overall i found it great location clean, bar staff absolutly amazing . Only reason we stayed here was free drinks for us and little 1 we drank around 100 euros of cocktails and drinks between us everyday as most bars charge 7 euros for cocktails its worth putting up with the minor faults for the all inclusive. Only reason for 4* is the pool is a little small for the hotel and amout of people . And for all those saying the drinks are watered down maybe they are but we still got lively from them and there free so just drink more 🤣

We stayed 7 nights between 29.07-5.08....I was worried reading some comments but was pleasently suprised when we arrived. The hotel is in perfect location. Close to centrum but in a quiet area so you dont hear music from bars. Very close to all beaches, tavern, restaurants. We came with travel agency for all inclusive and everything was according to the price we paid. Food was great, tasty and plenty of everything. Breakfast was the same but it really didnt bother us, its breakfast! Lunch and dinner had variety of dishes so always something to choose from. There was always beer and wine available. Regarding all inc drinks well its what you paid for, local spirits. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Regading the bad things, its definetly bathroom. Our room was specious with nice furniture and plenty of closet space, but the bathroom was old, dated and very uncomfortable. Shower was small and you had to hold the shower head as ther was nothing too hook it on, the toilet seat was moving-and all this is an easy fix but would make diffrence!! There was small shelve to put all toiletries by the mirros ,and again would be so easy tu put one in the shower! The cleaning was good, they changed sheet once and we got fresh towels 3 times. Regarding the pool area, we couldnt get sunbeds as people reserve them, I think its so unfair as they dont come back for hours! Another thing is all floaties, mattresses people use in the pool. Its just imposiible to swim and relax as you have two people swimming around on mattresses or other things! This hould not be allowed at all. The pool is not big enough for it. We were in many hotels and this is usually not allowed, only in kiddis pools. Some more tables and chairs around pool/bar would be good also, as often there wasnt any space. So after all, we enjoy our stay. There were some issues but you get what you paid for!! I think some of the comments are really ridiculous. You want 5 star, stay in 5 star hotel!!
