I would like to leave a review about Hotel Vulcano in Tenerife.
We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are stylish, modern, and have a youthful design — everything feels fresh and cozy. It’s very приятно to come back to such a comfortable room after a day out.
The food is excellent — delicious, varied, and high quality. Every day there is something new to choose from, and everything is prepared with care.
The hotel is located in a very convenient area, not far from the ocean. There are many things around: local markets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the stay especially comfortable.
The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and relaxing, while at the same time you can feel the lively resort vibe around. It’s a great option for couples as well as for groups of friends.
If we come back to Tenerife, we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!🕺🌴🇮🇨🫶

We had a pleasant stay at Spring Vulcano Hotel. One of the highlights was the beautiful breakfast buffet, with a great variety and something for everyone to enjoy. The lobby area is stunning, filled with plenty of plants that create a fresh, relaxing atmosphere and make a great first impression😍.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the town, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The seaside location is beautiful, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the views.
On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved, as it wasn’t always at the level we expected. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great location and atmosphere, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness it could be even better. Not the best for kids. More suitable for adults...
☠️☠️☠️After check-out, We ware long journey to home and we tried to order food and drinks at the pool bar, but were refused because we no longer had a room card🙄. We were told that without a room card it is impossible to order anything anywhere in the hotel or bars, even if you are willing to pay. I even spoke with a manager and ended up wasting at least 30 minutes just trying to get an explanation for this policy. This is a stupid, illogical rule for guests who are leaving the hotel and leaves a very bad final impression. Extremely disappointing🥴.

We come to this hotel every year and we absolutely love it. My husband is quadriplegic and we mainly come for the amazing accessible rooms and the very accessible pool area.
The staff are always so helpful to us and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. It’s kind of like home from home.
The person that makes our holiday every year is Pedro the lifeguard.
As soon as he sees us, he comes straight over to say hi and asks how we have been.
He knows how to handle my husband very well and gets him in and out the pool perfectly.
We brought a power chair that we completely didn’t think, when my husband gets out the pool that the water would soak through cushion.
When Pedro realised, he went off and came back with a large plastic bag to cover my husbands chair so it didn’t get wet.
He is very friendly and definitely an asset to the hotel, we can’t thank him enough for taking that pressure off us when we get to the pool.
Thank you again (especially Pedro)
We will see you next year.

Absolutely great hotel and amenities. The staff first class, from arriving at reception and all through our two week stay they provided a great service.
The room was spacious and well equipped with a daily cleaning service if required.
The pool and Bar areas were absolutely great and always a pleasure to go to. In over 25 years of going to Tenerife this was our first time in this hotel and was definitely our most enjoyable stay.
We shall definitely be returning here.

I’m currently on my second stay at Hotel Vulcano, and once again it’s been a great experience. I’ve always booked bed and breakfast, which is absolutely worth it here.
The staff are excellent and genuinely friendly, and the breakfast selection is superb - hot cooked options, fresh waffles, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheese and cold cuts, plus a rotating set of daily specials. The coffee is good, and the freshly squeezed orange juice is a real highlight.
The pool area has never been an issue for me either - I’ve always found a lounger, even later in the morning, though I do tend to visit outside of peak summer season. There’s also an excellent shop called Caribe, directly over the road for any essentials.
Location-wise, it’s ideal: a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Playa de las Américas, and also an easy stroll down to Los Cristianos. Comfortable, well-located, and consistently reliable - exactly why I came back, and will continue to return for my winter sun.
