Stayed here from 21,09,23. Well what can I say? Stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed my time at this hotel, food was great and different everyday, bar staff were very friendly as we're the restaurant staff, the guy on reception during they day was lovely and very friendly, compared to the night time guy, he was arrogant and very unfriendly, he phoned my room one evening and told me to stop talking on my fone when I was on the balcony, which I told him to feck aff, then I brought a friend of mine back to my hotel for drinks and to get ready for a night out, the night guy grabbed my friend to throw him out then charged me £40 for a night to have him stay which my friend was only here for 30 mins while I got ready. That arrogant man should be sacked big time!! As for the rest of the staff they were brilliant and I would definitely stay again.

Food is dreadful to be fair. Very limited selection especially at breakfast. Its the first hotel I've stayed in which doesn't provide toast or a toaster yet has chips or wedges... usually left overs from the night before. Bar has a very limited selection. It's either beer, vodka or wine that's it, there is just the one bar too. The pool is nice but nowhere near enough sunbeds on busy days, same goes for tables in the dining room and on an evening. Everything seems geared up so you don't use the all inclusive to be honest. Round the pool the same CD is left on loop all day. I know all the words to these 12 songs 🤣. Rooms are OK but very basic, our fridge door falls off when you open it and the towels smelt on one day but the air con works a dream. Some staff are polite and helpful whilst some of the younger girls are just rude. It is what it is, it's cheap and that's exactly what you get. I wouldn't recommend the food especially if you have kids as they're probably going to live on chips or wedges all week. We would say it's 'ok' but probably wish we'd spent a little bit more and gone somewhere nicer or just booked a room only basis. Decent location

When we arrived at the hotel, we were extremely tired and they gave us the smallest room, in which we could not even easily change our clothes. Since we were tired after a night-long travelling, we slept immediately and decided to talk with the reception afterwards. When we woke up we discovered there was also no wifi in the room and the mini-fridge had black molds in it 🤮. We went to explain our trouble to the reception, and the person who is at the reception in the afternoon told us it is not possible to change our rooms because we already used the bed and the room has to be cleaned!?? We told him the rooms are being cleaned everyday anyways and he still told us it is not possible. We offered him to pay the cleaning fee and he said “You wouldn’t have enough money to pay for it”. I have no idea what kind of hotel treats customers like this! We explained there is no WiFi in the room and he said that they did not say every room had WiFi and that they are a hotel and are not selling WiFi. Well they are not selling beds too, maybe the rooms don’t have to have beds either! It was dishonest of them to not say that the room did not have WiFi.
About the meals, all of the plates and cups are dirty. The coffee, tea cups and plates still have the history of all the previous meal stains over them

This hotel could quality for 4 stars easily. They need to put AC on all parts of the hotel. Slightly better breakfast choices especially with turkish bread. It is clean, the stuff is friendly and fast. I’m only concerned because they work all day long. They need to put more choices of fruit. The food was tasty. One more suggestions is to put larger glasses for drinks because it is too hot so you have to go to the bar 10 times not to be thirsty. They also need to have their own private beach because the restaurants on the beach are full of hustlers who are pushing you to drink and eat although you have all inclusive service. They also need to provide key copy for all people in the room and they need to have an english speaker at the reception in the afternoon.

The food was really disgusting!! 🤢 Soups are just artificial flavor and flour! Cold potato, and what they called meat it’s just rubbish (I hope it was soybeans).
The young women on hot meals is rude and sprinkles a little. The most disgusting thing were desserts: biscuits in disgusting syrup.
The room was clean, personal nice and friendly. Conditioner was awful (it works really bad. It’s 36 degrees outside!!).
This hotel didn’t have its private beach. And the cite’s beach were awful. It’s dirty!
A lot of russians in this hotel 👎
If you want quite family vacation with good food choose another hotel.
