The hotel room was very nice & clean. Loved the free minibar. The view of the beach from the room was amazing! The breakfast had a great variety. The pool and wave flow rider were cool. Overall a great place to stay, central location in Magaluf and reasonably price for all the inclusions.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and good. The only minus (because of this we did not spend any time inside for 10 days) was the fact that all the sunbeds at the pool had a reservation sign on them even though no one came to sit on them. I stayed for 10 days and never found a sunbed at the pool and no one explained to me the process of reserving it. So the pool is a place that is not accessible to everyone...that's the only minus. but it is frustrating to see empty sunbeds all day long that say reserved....This fact makes you look for other areas to relax... So...I would not recommend people who want to sit at the pool to come to this hotel. If you want to stay at the beach it is excellent. If you take the pool area out of the equation, the experience was a very pleasant one and I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. A great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay – highly recommended!

Reception was good but super friendly. Did not get to have covered parking til day 3 as they were overbooked on spots Requested some amenities but took a while to get to our room The room itself was decent but more for young adults rather than for families Turn down service was a bit lack luster. We requested housekeeping services later in the afternoon and the literally just brought in some clean towels. Did not make up our beds or take used towels out I feel like we stayed in the party zone of the island and that’s not what we enjoy but for young people would be ideal. Lounge chairs surrounding pool must be paid for. There are free lounge chairs but it is off the pool deck Pool water is colder than ocean water. They only give you one towel per person per day.

Lovely hotel with direct access to a beautiful beach. Great facilities. Breakfast with a variety of food. Would have been perfect if the swimming pools could be bigger and available for longer hours though. Wonderful experience all in all.
