I had an excellent stay at INNSiDE Wave Calvià.
The location is perfect, just steps from the beach with stunning sea views. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast is varied and of high quality.
A perfect place to relax while enjoying the Calvià vibe.

This hotel is very basic and does not deserve 4 stars — I would rate it 3 at most. No one helps with the luggage and the service was below expectations. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was tasty and varied and the view from the balcony
Check in:
We had a very bad check-in experience. Although we had two rooms for 5 people and the room was clearly spacious enough to accommodate one extra person comfortably, they still refused to allow one additional guest — even after we offered to pay an extra charge. Instead, they insisted that we book an additional night, telling us “your reservation is for two nights only– we are fully booked so deal with it.” We tried contacting other hotels but they were all full, so we were forced to stay.
Adults:
please be aware that this hotel is not suitable for adults traveling without children — it is clearly more focused on families with kids.
Parking:
On top of that, they didn’t even reserve parking for guests. When I asked, they simply said “it’s full, it depends on your luck” — which makes you wonder what exactly you are paying for.
I will definitely not return, as the stay is not worth the price.

We paid for the most expensive room in the hotel, yet it was almost impossible for us to fit as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) – truly unacceptable. There was no space even for the luggage, which we had to keep on the floor. The bathroom/WC had a very strong unpleasant smell and, as expected, there was no ventilation at all. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Breakfast was equally disappointing: basic, tasteless and lacking cleanliness. I definitely do not recommend this place, and it was certainly not worth the money we paid.

Before arriving, the reviews about the hotel scared us, but from the first moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt that warmth. We left the hotel extremely happy. I've stayed at many hotels, but this one was truly wonderful. The hotel's location and comfort made us very happy. The sea is right on the hotel's doorstep. Walking distances and all the restaurants and entertainment venues are around the hotel. The breakfast is fully equipped and plentiful, appealing to all cultures. I especially want to mention the reception staff's sincerity and warmth, which pleased us greatly. They have a wonderful team who communicate well. In fact, all the staff are very attentive and skilled at problem-solving. We thank the entire team. Makara is a truly lovely, beautiful island. The people are incredibly friendly. Thank you, Mallarco, and thank you, lovely people. 🙏🙌

My family I have just returned home from the best stay at this really great hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful; rooms are lovely and modern and sea views to die for; pools clean and well managed - no lounger wars here (maybe due to certain tourist types being in the minority here, lol); breakfasts were fab. Hotel is situated so well, too, easy access to unlimited restaurants & pubs, lovely beaches. Perfect weather topped our stay. We would all love to get back here next year
