Convenient for everything. Beach. Shops and food. Updated apartments/refurbished are lovely. Cleaning is not great. Our cleaners make bed and take out bin and refresh towels. That's it! Rarely sweep or vacuum and we've no facilities to sweep up our crumbs ourselves. light over kitchen table is thick with dust, ants 🐜 in bathroom, kitchen and outside patio(no vegetation near us). Have requested many times to be tended to but nothing still. We are currently using expensive medicated powder which seems to be keeping them somewhat at bay. We love it here, been coming since 2019. Cleaning standards have drastically dropped and the price has drastically increased. Had already booked and paid to come again next year before we came this time with no possibility of a refund. Dreading it instead of looking forward to being here. We're so sad. Have got to know so many people in the area, it's always been like coming home for us.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about our stay but it was amazing. Hotel was clean. Staff were amazing. Perfect location near food was wonderful. Couldn’t fault it.

Not as quiet at night as other reviews let you believe. We had fantastic sea views but got the noise from the live bands and buskers on the prom at night. WiFi was poor but everything else was excellent. The staff, food and location were excellent.

The location is perfect. The staff are absolutely lovely and the service they provide is very good. The rooms are dated but clean and have everything you need. WiFi signal is strong across the whole hotel

I do not recommend this hotel.
My experience was very disappointing. At first, I was given an old room filled with mold – the smell was so strong it was difficult to breathe. After I asked to change rooms, I was moved to a better one that was clean and mold-free. However, I didn’t notice until the second night that a small window panel was missing glass. The room faced a busy street, and the noise didn’t stop until after 1 AM, making it very hard to sleep.
But the most serious issue happened at the pool. The lifeguard was completely inattentive, sitting on his phone while people could have easily drowned. There was no clear marking of the water depth. I nearly drowned myself, and if it hadn’t been for my 11-year-old son who fought to pull me out, I wouldn’t be alive today. The lifeguard didn’t even notice what happened.
It was a traumatic experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing vacation.
