I have stayed in this hotel for a week. Generally I enjoyed it, it is in a good location close to the town centre and the bus station, the room is nicely decorated and it is always cleaned. However, I didn't like that the maid was knocking on the doors at 9am (surely they don't have to be cleaning that early), the doors aren't soundproofing so although it's normally quiet you can hear when someone is talking outside. There's a wide selection in the restaurant BUT the quality of the food wasn't good, it often tasted like half cooked, the chef definitely needs firing. The staff was nice, especially Cristobal at the reception is very cute. It was a good value for money and I'd possibly visit again in the future (hopefully they will improve with the food!)

the hotel is older and requires minor renovation. I recommend it in this price range. The service is very nice, breakfast suitable for British and German tourists. the same set every day. everything fresh, coffee to change. The room was clean and cleaned every day. No bugs and fungus. for this price I will definitely come back. ps: dancing every day :)

This is not a 4-start hotel at all. The staff is friendly and welcoming and I feel sorry for them but the hotel is not a 4 star hotel at all. The quality of the food is POOR, I genuinely do not understand how can they serve such bad quality food. We had both breakfast and dinner included, and we felt incredibly disappointed after all we paid. There is a reason why we choose this hotel because it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly nothing seems like that. The furniture are old, the rooms should be refurnished and everything should be renovated cause it looks like we’re back in the 80’s. Last thing, the rooms are not that clean and on top of that we have been woke up around 8am every morning from the noise made but housekeepers in the corridor or while cleaning the rooms next to our. The last morning we woke up at 8.20 because the housekeeper start hoovering the balcony next to ours without thinking about being quiet to respect our sleep. I understand they are doing their job but there was no reason for being that loud at 8 in the morning.

Our room was great, with a balcony on both sides and a fully stocked bathroom! The main city is 20 mins walk It is safe with a police station opposite and local shops are close by alongside bus station Only downsides are: The room doesn't have enough plug sockets There are no utensils to make tea in your room Their breakfast is great, although only half of the food is labeled and the other half you have to guess really... Their breakfast is the same everyday but has a lot of choice and is somehow better than anything I have ever tasted. Blew my expectation out of the park!
