Very nice hotel. Large pool complex, very close to the beach, WiFi everywhere, clean, good food, interesting drinks.
What I missed was music by the pools or even quiet music at the bars. Parties—there were often only short shows, but there was no place to dance, and sometimes the plates in the dining area were not properly cleaned.
What cannot be denied is the service. All the staff, especially those in the kitchen and the cleaners, are very hardworking people who are always smiling and helpful. The greatest respect to them!

Originally, I wrote a good strong review of this place. First few days I really enjoyed my time here. But it gradually got worse on the last few days.
First of all, the cleaning staff here are hardworking and make the rooms look great. However, on the one of the last days the staff decided it was a good idea to move my laundry into the bidet. Why? I have no idea. I never requested this and for some reason my own washing that I never mentioned to them was dumped in the same place people wash their bums!!!
I don’t understand the logic here. Why move someone personal items that they never asked to be moved into the most unhygienic place of this entire hotel room!!!
Secondly, the hotel is overpopulated, simple. Too many people for such a small place (in comparison). The buffet system is often overcrowded and the poor chefs clearly can’t handle the literally hundreds of armies trotting down to get some food.
Also, not necessarily the hotels fault however something worth mentioning: People stare here. I don’t know why but there are some weird families holidaying in Torremolinos. You will just get random stares.
Most families here are also inconsiderate, rude and do not care for other’s. They will have their kids running rampant across bar areas, poolsides and buffets, all when you’re trying to enjoy your OWN holiday.
If you don’t have kids or a big family, learn from our mistakes and do not book here.
Positives:
Great location, that doesn’t change no matter the hotel situation. It’s right near the beach and seaside shops.
Accommodating and welcoming reception/bar staff.

Location is good as it’s close to the beach but it’s all mediocre. Hotel seems to be ran by a little amount of staff for the size of the hotel, never picking up the phone and taking a while to check in. Can’t fault the staff for that though, they’re doing their best and you can tell. Food is the same most nights, good for children as there’s the standard chicken nuggets, chips, pizza but nothing really if you’re looking to venture out with your meals, it’s the same every night which eventually you get sick of. Drinks are very nice having different cocktails, beers and wines and there’s a snack bar too - again the same things every day, which shows big hotel not enough staff members. There’s an arcade, kids club and overall plenty to do for families. Rooms are a decent size, when we arrived we had a broken balcony chair and they’re somewhat clean, if you have a day at the beach the sand will be in your room for the rest of your stay. There was a ‘fire drill’ today which they apparently put signs in the lifts to advise guests of but we didn’t see anything, it took me 10 times calling on the room phone and my own mobile to eventually get through to someone. You pay for what you get so if you’re looking for somewhere less chaotic and well run I’d advise to look somewhere else. Nothing amazing nothing awful.

The location of this hotel is very central, on the beach, and handy for getting around. This is a family resort so full of babies and children. If you're not in a family with kids you'll probably find this place a bit trying....we surely did. Meal times are hectic and noisy for everyone.
Stayed for a week and every morning had to lift sun beds from a pile to lay down for the day. I've never had to do this at any hotel before.
Most people staying at the hotel are all inclusive so bats and meal times are noisy and very busy.
Children run amok at night whilst the entertainment team try to perform which makes it unbearable for those trying to watch.
Some bar staff are quite rude and we found drinks over priced.
The hotel truly needs an update and some investment and is 3 star at best.
Mainly Spain
This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel ( June 2025) our previous times were early in the year March time so obviously this time in June the place is much busier apparently the hotel is full.
I have seen a lot of reviews commenting on the sunbed situation I personally think if you think about the amount of guests this hotel can accommodate in its rooms that will be way more than the areas around the pools can handle, it's basic maths the hotel are doing everything they can they can not physically fit anymore beds in, they have a staff member to police it they cannot do anymore also when you factor in that a lot of guests are all-inclusive they will not want to leave the hotel because they have paid a lot of money.
The staff do a great job keeping the place clean and looking after everyone, we were bed and breakfast and it was ok we have stayed in a lot of the hotels in the area and the breakfast here is better than some and just as good as others.
The thing I personally did not like is at the doorway that you use to get to the small pool area this is used as a smoking area and as two non smokers it makes me quite angry that we have to walk through clouds of smoke every time we want to be in or out of the building, they even have tables and chairs there so they can sit and smoke one after another, I personally find that unacceptable.
