Very nice hotel with great location by the beach. It takes about 15-20 minutes to check in one family in this hotel, so very long queues by the reception. Maybe they should do something about that. I have worked in a hotel and also stayed in lots of hotels but it has never taken so long to check in (we had no special needs or questions). After the pools close, huge seagulls and ducks come swimming, I have no idea what to do about this, but something has to be done. Lots of activities for children and adults. The kids club was fantastic with a friendly staff. They were so nice and considearate towards us and our son. The night entertainment was kind of a disapointment. Only lip syncing and dancing to songs. The pools are huge and they also have a smaller pool on the other side of the hotel, which is a little bit less crowded. We struggled to find space for the sunbeds by the pool, maybe we were the only ones obeying the rule not to reserve them. 😂 All in all there wasn’t enough room for the sunbeds by the pool. Also they need more staff to the poolbar, long queues all day long. The breakfast was my least favorite experience. It was so loud and crowded. So many things had ran out all the time, good selection though. The room was nice, no complaints. We had a family room. Good space and the shower pressure was good. We wanted late check out, but it was not possible. They had an opportunity to reserve a room for showering on the departure day for half and hour. This was such a great service. All in all a great experience.

Basic enough room in saying that everything we needed was there , very very clean, housekeeping were excellent, the best we have encountered. Busy hotel the restaurant is very busy self service with queues at peak times, big open room really noisey and not relaxing atall , on the other hand there was a veranda adjacent to the main dining room which we thought was amazing, relaxing and more to our taste, the food was tasty with a large choice of everything, themed nights tasty treats and SWEETS! We all loved the sweets 😍

My experience at the hotel was positive. Large pools, a relaxed atmosphere, varied entertainment, and generally good service from the staff. During the week, I saw different shows every night. Some were quite unique, others more generic, but none left you indifferent. Personally, I had no issues with the sunbeds. After sunbathing at the beach, I would head to the hotel pool and didn’t have to wait long to find a spot on a sunbed. The pools are large and suitable for people of different ages.
The gym is included. There were several machines available for working out: treadmills, pull-up machines, and dumbbells of various weights. The gym was better than in other hotels I’ve visited.
The only thing that could be improved is the food — they need to work on that aspect to make it better. My compliments to the waitstaff and the cleaning team. The bathrooms and rooms were spotless. Recommended hotel for those looking to stay right on the beachfront.

My partner and I are planning to stay at your hotel in February, and we would like to ask a few questions before making our reservation.
Could you please let us know:
Will the swimming pool be open in February?
Which facilities will be available during that period, and are there any that will be closed?
What is the best way to make a booking (through your website, Booking.com, or another platform)?
We look forward to your reply.

Overall, a nice hotel. Family rooms were modern and clean and gorgeous view looking out to sea in the restaurant. I would say it’s more of a family hotel than for young people. Different pools to choose from which was nice if you wanted a more chill vibe compared to the bigger pool which is more active. Most of the staff were nice however I feel like a couple of them were a little moody.
We only ate breakfast here and I’m glad for that. Food was nothing to write home about and the restaurant was always so busy but there’s a good selection of foods.
The more relaxed pool area could do with some proper grass or astroturf putting down as it was quite muddy.
I personally wouldn’t stay here again as it wasn’t for me, however it’s still a lovely hotel and I think good for families!
