We stayed for 7 nights and had a really lovely time. The hotel was great, and the staff were all very polite and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The pool was a bit on the cold side (lol), but there were always plenty of sun loungers available, which was perfect for relaxing. The food was nice, and although the room was fairly basic, it had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay.
The only downside wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all, unfortunately, we had some inconsiderate neighbours who were quite noisy during the night. Aside from that, we really have no complaints. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return!

A solo traveller staying in January. A very comfortable clean room nice comfortable bed and a tv with a few English channels. I was in for a week bed and breakfast and the food was very good plenty of choices and nice friendly staff. Being January it's not to busy either. A good location bars and restaurants close and 5 mins down to the beach front. The pool here is amazing but to cold to go in but was nice enough to sit in the sunshine around the pool .

Rooms decent , food not much selection may be due to winter months though? Would prefer snack section on a bit later then 1730
Javi made kids week so much fun, kept them entertained.
Could really benefit with a smaller pool being heated during the winter would attract more families with children. 3pm shut was a bit premature really when weather is still beautiful come 6pm.
Bar staff hector and Raul always so friendly and accommodating...
Security - didn't catch his name , was the most pleasant security officer IV ever come across especially towards the children.
Location great.
Entertainment was great considering itbis the winter months , IV been many of places out of season that don't put anything on so this was a big positive. My kids were addicted to Michael Jackson tribute.

Just a one night experience meeting friends, staff were very good and evening meal and breakfast both buffet style help yourself was enjoyable and plenty of choice. I did not use the bar or pool areas. There is an underground car parking facility which I used and paid by the day, unfortunately I had problems getting out of parking as the card key given did not work twice, however, a technician was called and quickly sorted out the problem. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

I was here for a week May 2025. I loved it. The staff was nice , the rooms were clean , the pool area was clean, now the food, they could improve a bit on that , but otherwise I had a lovely stay. I am planning to go back September 2026 .
