Not a lot about, very quiet area. Entertainment is rubbish and sometimes non existent. Some staff were rude and unhelpful when it came to my 1 year old but some were very lonely. The facilities for children are lacking. We was here a week and there was no children’s entertainment, mini disco or kids club. If we wanted to have this then we’d have to go to a sister hotel where we wouldn’t be all inclusive and would have to pay for drinks etc. also the room is lovely tho no fridge which wasn’t ideal for us. Food was average and the same every night. Got very boring. Dinner was burger, nuggets, chips and pizza everyday which was also barley warm and covered in flies most the time. I’ve had a lovely holiday with family but spent way too much money eating out and buying things to entertain my 1 year old. Also pools are always freezing even mid day in heat as they’re covered by trees. Also got bit a lot because of all the trees as did so many other people there

Good location. overlooking sea and close to bus stops and shops. Pleasant staff. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and effective aircon. Shower was a bit temperamental. We had a sea view which was lovely, but a bit noisy at night, with sound echoing around corridors. A good choice of food of pretty good quality. All in all a good 3 star hotel.

It's many many years since I last went to Calas de Mallorca, and the resort has grown quite a lot. This hotel was ideally placed. Not to far from the centre and also just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean which is all you need when you're out of the room all day. The maid came in daily. Don't confuse this hotel with the AluaSol resort which is a few yeards further down the street. They are separate hotels and you can't use the facilities of the other hotel even though they are the same group. That said, you don't need to. This hotel has everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The service was impeccible both in the restaurant and the bar and you could tell that the staff really enjoyed their job. What makes this place outstanding is the quality of the entertainment. Every single night they had something different on and plenty of activities during the day for those that wanted to participate. In fact, I'd go as far as to say this was the best entertainment I've ever seen at an all-inclusive. There were plenty of sunbeds although not many around the pool but the garden area was full of them. The drinks were acceptable. Cocktails pre-made but tasty. Towels were available to hire with only a deposit to be left. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

For a 3 star the rooms we’re comfortable and beds very comfortable. Food was excellent, taste and variety. Entertainment crew made the evenings, Leti and Jacob were lots if fun with so much energy. Barmen did a good job, keeping a smile even when busy.

The hotel is 3 star and this is pretty accurate. Rooms are a little dated however they are clean and have everything you need. Room service doesn’t provide clean towels or bedding, only remake the beds and fold towels. The room walls are so thin and you hear everything during the night from people going up and down the corridor to talking in surrounding rooms. The room locks needs updating as the card stopped working and the door in general didn’t close without slamming it shut. The pool is nice however a little small for the number of guests at the hotel, there also needs to be more sunbeds and seating as they get taken very quickly in the mornings. The pool doesn’t open until 10 and closes at 7, would have preferred for it to be open for longer hours. Food is okay but gets very repetitive over the course of your stay with little variety, also noticed that the majorly of the food signs do not have allergy information. The queue at the bar got very long some evenings especially when the soft drink machine self service stopped working. Choice of alcohol is okay and have a cocktail of the day which is a nice extra. Evening entertainment was good with a variety of different activities to suit all guest tastes, we particularly enjoyed the evenings which was a quiz. A few nice beaches within walking distance along with some shops and bars, easy to travel from the hotel to other local towns via bus, staff are very helpful and provided travel information when we asked.
