Overall it was a really good hotel, when we stayed there for 7 nights in September. The occupants were typically older, but it's still a fine option for younger people looking for a relaxed stay.
The daily activities run by George and Gloria were great fun, as they bring a lot of energy and engagement, however the evening shows run to 11pm each night, which can be frustrating if you just want to sleep as they take place outside by the pool.
The pools are clean, and were never over-populated. We never had a problem finding a sun lounger, and reservations aren't allowed.
The spa and massage packages are good and reasonably priced. They also had a deal on when we arrived and it seems this is a common occurrence.
We only had breakfast included in our package, which was the usual offering of fruit, pastries, and cooked food - however they lacked hash browns on 6/7 meals which was a shame, but otherwise it was good.
It was possible to park a car outside provided it wasn't market day, and the walk into town takes about 10-15 minutes along the water front.

Food was beautifully presented buffet meals. Lots of options to suit everyone. Cooked fresh as you wait steaks, fish, etc if preferred.I did see small brown bugs coming up through a hole next to the food & running across it. I'm sure the Staff are aware of this! Can it be prevented in such a large Hotel? Wine was tasty. Gardens well-established & relaxing with smoking areas separate. Beautifully lit at night. My room was overlooking the pool & entertainment stage so I could sit on balcony to chill - East facing so sun all day until sunset. Noisy until Midnight with the various Acts but I didn't mind. Overall it was very relaxing but it's down to personal choice.

This hotel is an absolute disaster and nothing like the photos advertised. Upon arrival, we expected our room key to be ready, as we had already informed the hotel of our arrival. Instead, we’ve been stuck in a queue of 10-15 people for over 20 minutes, waiting for the incompetent reception staff to handle basic check-ins. It’s beyond frustrating to see how slow and unorganized they are.
The service is appalling, and the entire place feels like a relic of the Soviet era rather than a vacation spot on Tenerife. For €160 per night for two people, you’d expect at least some level of professionalism and comfort, but this hotel offers neither. The interior is outdated, the staff seem indifferent to the needs of the guests, and the overall atmosphere is just depressing.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any hotel. Avoid this place at all costs – it’s not worth your time, money, or patience. Absolutely unacceptable!

My friend and I had a 10 day holida in January and February. It was great. The hotel staff were all exceptionally nice,it was very clean, And we thought the food was exceptional. I don’t understand the negative reviews.. there was always some type of activity to do around the pool, and the activity team was so pleasant and enthusiastic, we would go again next year but we think it will be still under refurbishment, But we look forward to going again when everything is finished, if we can still afford it🤣 Thank you for a lovely holiday

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in January in Los Cristianos, we booked last minute and found a lot of the accommodation in the area was sky high in price. I'd say it was pretty much what we expected - as our expectations were quite low. I would say that the pool area was quite nice with plenty of sunbeds, and the staff here were very accommodating and friendly. We were also quite happy with the size of the private terrace we had on our room (our room was the most basic option). Also, the location is pretty good, close to the main areas.
Two things let it down for me:
1. The beds were very uncomfortable, the staff did arrange for us to have a mattress topper put on but even with that you can't get around the fact that the beds are desperately in need of replacement, and we weren't able to sleep well on them at all.
2. The included breakfast, whilst having a lot of options was not the greatest. All of the "hot" options were stone cold on all 4 mornings of our stay, that is to say, the items weren't even slightly warm so I imagine most of the food is cooked very early and then left out rather than kept warm properly.
I think go for the hotel if you're on a budget, a short stay here was enough for us though.
