I had the most incredible experience at this hotel last summer that I will cherish forever. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, but something truly magical happened during my stay – I met the love of my life right here at this hotel.
The hotel itself was lovely, with beautiful rooms and fantastic amenities, but it was the special moment of meeting my partner that made this place unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel was so romantic, and everything came together perfectly for us to connect and fall in love.
I am eternally grateful to this hotel for bringing us together, and we have decided to come back every year to celebrate the anniversary of the day we met. This place will always hold a special meaning in our hearts, and we cannot wait to create more memories here in the future. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so wonderful and for being a part of our love story.

Cheep and cheerful.
3 nights at £87 upgraded to all inclusive for extra £28 a night
Rooms are plain and clean. Bathroom has selection of sanitation towels act, shampoos, razors even cotton buds you’d think we were in a 5* establishment.
Restaurant has variety of different foods catering for all. The food was really good packed with taste and flavour.
Can’t fault the bars at all. You ask and you’ll get! Self service soft drinks and beers you only need to ask for spirits, cocktails at the bar.
Pool was warm enough for time of year and plenty of sun beds available.
The entertainment is a downfall tho. Altho considering the price we’ve paid it’s to be expected something wouldn’t be as good. Not to worry tho had beach with entertainment bars is a 5 minute walk.

I am aware this hotel is only a three star but it still should have certain standards which were just not met at all. Hotel is in a great area, close to beach and marina. My biggest complaint is about the food. Me and my partner both got food poisoning from eating in the all inclusive so we were ill for our whole holiday, we had a chicken burger one lunch time and the chicken was pink in the middle, how can you serve that, i saw flies crawling over the food. We ended up eating out most days. Pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, there’s about 500 sun loungers and a small pool so if your not at the pool by 8/9am your not gonna get a space, every single morning it was absolutely packed so we didn’t get a chance to go in the pool until our last day there. Key cards for room never worked was constantly going to reception to get sorted. Room was quite small, no aircon. Our safe didn’t work. The door to our room was very dodgy, you had to really yank it open and slam it to shut it properly. We had a house keeper knock on our door and just opened the door to come in straight away while me and my partner were laying in bed, didn’t give us a chance to come open the door or say anything just opened the door to come in which is ridiculous. The balcony was filthy, had loads of cigarette butts on the floor when we first came into the room. Beds move around so easily and are really uncomfortable. Only one plug socket in the whole room and it was in the bathroom above the sink which was not helpful at all. Entertainment in evenings isn’t great. Definitely won’t be staying at this hotel again, would avoid it.

The marketing photos of this hotel do not reflect reality. Although the rooms are kept very clean the overall hotel is very dated, right out of the 1980s package holiday era. A third of the staff seem miserable in their jobs, the rest are amazing, especially housekeeping and in the sports bar. I was all-inclusive and strangely there are no validity checks at meal times so anyone could walk in off the street and have free meals. I found this very odd. The food was good, fresh and varied, however the meal experience is more akin to a holiday camp / school dinners than a gourmet dining experience, as advertised on the glass wall upon entry. The location of the hotel is good and in a relatively quiet position close to the seafront.

The rooms were standard, nothing to write home about.. but also nothing to complain about. It was cleaned daily by housekeeping, free from bugs and had an amazing view of the sea, pool and mountain.
It was very central, with the beach and restaurants only a 5 minute walk, and the bus stop directly outside the hotel.
Free carpark also on site in case you want to rent a car.
Breakfast was ok, all you can eat and free so honestly can't complain.
Had both day and time time entertainment by the pool.
If you want a clean hotel, close to everything I recommend
