This was our third stay at the hotel, and we can honestly say we love this hotel more every single time. Somehow, everything feels even better year after year—if that’s even possible. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, elegance, and attention to detail reminded us why we keep coming back.
The service was truly exceptional. Every member of the personnel was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. A very special thank you to Dominic, Thet Phoo, Rajni, and Sapib and many more for going above and beyond and making our stay so memorable. It’s people like you who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is also amazing for families with kids. The kids’ club is fantastic, the pools and water slides are a huge hit, and there is so much for children to enjoy while parents can truly relax. On top of that, the restaurant food is excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone—adults and kids alike.
Sofitel feels like a second home to us now, and we already can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and a perfect family-friendly experience!

The service at Laguna was excellent. Amit did a great job and took very good care of everything from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and very friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The overall atmosphere was amazing, and the view was beautiful. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend Laguna to others because of the great service and hospitality

A great hotel. 5 stars is well deserved for this 5 star hotel. Room was excellent - the mess in the inages is ours. Pool terrific, beqch immense. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and attentive from the towel guys in the cabana, to receptionist, gym manager, all the waiters and waitresses - especially our server Nabil, great guy.
The buffet and fireworka on nye were off the charts. It must be the best buffet i have ever had in my life.
I will be coming back here again. It's an amazing place and a wonderful experience.

Wonderful location, top notch service. We tried their Night brunch buffet in Zoya restaurant which was wonderful. Soecial thanks to Bura for his hospitality and help. He was very helpful throught our stay at the restaurant.
We also tried Porter House grill restaurant which was an amazing experience. Their food was extremely delecious. Their servers Marta and Shwana were very helpful and their suggestions on food was spot on. Thanks to them for helping us.
Thanks for the excellent hospitality feom the Jowali as well. He took good care of our luggage.

We had an amazing evening at Porterhouse at the Sofitel on The Palm in Dubai. A special shout-out to Shivana — her service was truly exceptional! She was attentive, warm, and always appeared at just the right time without being intrusive. Thanks to her, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The food was delicious, the atmosphere elegant, and overall it was a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!
