Don't expect 5 star and you won't be disappointed.
1 shower in the pool doesn't work and the second one is leaking constantly with a small stream of water, the area around it is getting really damaged by the water.
TOWELS! this hotel does not have enough towels. It's an issue that has come up in other reviews. Especially in the pool area, the towels are always in the laundry and you have to wait at least half an hour. So while the pool area is pretty you can't enjoy because you've no towel to put on the bed (and you'll need them) I saw bird poo on some beds.
While it's has nothing to do with the hotel the beach is filthy after a busy weekend.
I had a very rude encounter with one of the staff members on the beach beds.
The general attitude is to 'pat you on your back' and say 'there there' but they'll still happily take your money.
The staff are generally pleasant but the hotel is not good at fixing problems and as others have said it's the lack of 'attention to detail' that let's them down for a 5 star Hotel.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
The room was beautifully appointed—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind.
The entire property is beautifully green, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode.
The private beach is a highlight, and the pool area was serene and well-maintained.
It never felt crowded and whether swimming, reading or just soaking in the sun, it felt like a true escape.
Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding in each of the three restaurants, as well as the quality and variety of the food.
Every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have the best experience possible.
Although everyone was incredibly friendly, we must highlight Ilyas from the Spanish restaurant (highly recommend the food there as well) who defined service at its best!
It’s rare to find a hotel where every detail is so thoughtfully taken care of, but this one truly delivered on all fronts. We left feeling refreshed, valued, and already thinking about when we can return.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so relaxing and memorable!

My experience at this hotel was impacted at checkout when I was charged $14 for an almond can from the minibar that I never consumed. The staff claimed the seal was opened, but I am absolutely certain I did not touch it.
Unfortunately I did not check if the seal was open earlier.
Aside from this incident, everything else about the stay was excellent — the room was spotless, and the service was great.
It’s very disappointing that such a small issue spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. I strongly recommend that the hotel checks and verifies minibar items daily to avoid unfair charges. I also advise guests to check their minibar carefully to avoid such awkward situations.

Very basic room and building materials all obviously cheap plastic veneer. Light fell off the wall on first night. Service very slow in the restaurants and you have the chase the staff almost - especially the beach bar. They never answered the phone all week when we called the lobby. Pool is nice. Reserved beach area tidy. Kids club lovely. Overall not great value for money and wouldn't recommend to friends.

Amazing hotel..
Food. We were half board. The breakfasts were lovely fresh fruit and breads pastries pancakes to.order. eggs done to order everything was lovely. Not a big all inclusive vibe more personal and quality. The evening meals always had good selection of fresh salads hot dishes and desserts. Again was quality over masses of choice. It was not a chicken and chips type.of place. The room was lovely. Huge balcony, Nuxe toiletries. Beach bar with the hotel was a great spot with chilled vibe. The whole place was quiet luxury and being at the end of the promenade it was straight onto the beach unlike all the other hotels.
