Hidden Marrakech
🏆TOP TIP: Fantastic for a relaxing short break by the sea with friendly service. ✨ With a recent refurbishment, the contemporary rooms are spacious and inviting. The food in the various restaurants is enjoyable with kind service. The heated pool and large sunbeds are perfect for relaxation. Don't forget the private beach, adding that extra touch of luxury to your stay!

Great hotel. But won’t be returning as the boom boom music originating from the dining room and bar area ruins the carefully nurtured peaceful garden areas. We have a week left but doubt we can stay the course. I note others have remarked on this. Otherwise great. Shame.
Yes we have asked twice.

I really like this place. The staff are lovely, it's completely relaxing. The pool areas are beautiful. In my opinion there are two areas where it could improve. 1. The bar plays dance club music, it was loud, not relaxing and not my thing. To be fair, not wanting to be in that space when that was playing probably saved us a lot of money in drinks. 2. There are 3 evening eating locations. 1 being buffet with the other two serving tapas. I'm not a big buffet fan and I don't enjoy tapas so that left evening meals pretty limited. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyable.

It's not worth it
They did not have electrical charger for my electrical car as they had said in advance.
The hotel is old.
Parking is small.
It's more like a 3 star
Further away from city.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints.
Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room.
When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions.
The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things.
They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge.
We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill.
We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French.
The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was "okay" in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine.
I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.
