I was booked in here by a travel agent. Very disappointed. Our room wasn't ready and that was two hours after our check in time. The room we were finally given was tiny and not well cleaned. There was some sort of liquid that had been sprayed across the door of the bathroom and had not been cleaned up. There were extra charges for the most basic of amenities like the safe in the room. We'd been to two other hotels on our trip that were less expensive, more all encompassing and definitely deserved their four stars. This one did not.

We loved this hotel and didn't want to leave, all the staff were so friendly and attentive, rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard and there was always something to do for the kids, the Barcy and restaurant teams were particularly fantastic. The hotel is literally a stones throw from beach and is close to the train station. Thank you Occidental team for a wonderful stay!

The staff here are superb very friendly and attentive. I went over Easter and not in the peak season so there was plenty of room and space. The all inclusive was good for my family but the food was even though plentiful bland, no real flavours just quick produce and get on the hot plate. I think there should be hand sanitation stations at all the food kiosks, or even provide disposable gloves to stop the spread of dirty hands from the utensils for picking the food. The bar snack area would definitely be better if they had cotton netting protecting the food or an enclosed sliding fridge door as the local birds are all over the food that’s left out all day. Many times I went for some food and birds were walking over food and eating it! Or even bird screens separating the food area to stop this from happening. Over all it was an extremely good stay. Just fix the bird situation and the non existing hand sanitizer stations out and it would be 10/10. An Uber from the airport is €15 ish and one to Malaga Center is €20 ish. I will come again definitely.

Great service and very friendly staff. Our room was a bit dark and not very comfortable to move around with all the open Suitcases. Overall excellent resort!

Lovely hotel good staff and food but the drinks at the bar are non alcoholic. If you do like Spanish beer and the kick it gives this won't happen in this hotel I'm afraid. In fact I only drank at the bar once and couldn't get tipsy at all.
