We had an absolutely amazing holiday here! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was perfect. The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome.
The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. Greek hospitality gave us a unique and unforgettable holiday that we will always remember.
The food was also fantastic – with delicious Aegean dishes and a very wide selection of vegetarian options, there was always something fresh and tasty to enjoy.
Thank you for giving us such a flawless holiday – we would love to come back!

Good stay in a hotel. Price quality ratio is good. All inclusive food was tasty and varying every day. Location was bit remote but also price of the room was cheap when considering that this hotel is a beach front Hotel. We used car so location it was not an issue at all. Room was with seaview with large balcony. Room was cleaned everyday. Service in the hotel was friendly and welcoming.

We were there last week. Where to start.Our room had no air, just the fan was going. The food was horrible. It was all inclusive. You want mixed drink, you have to pay. You want different coffee, you have to pay. The beach is very rocky. The toaster for the bread is about 30 yrs old. The only people that was there was Polish. We were the only American. Don't know why this is a 4 star. It should be a 2 starm no more than a 3 star. Don't let people fool you. I can go on and go but it's not worth it

In my entire travel history, this is the first hotel that looks the same in real life as it does on the Internet.
The staff is friendly, you feel welcome in this hotel. The food is very tasty and varied.
Rooms are clean, a special plus is the first coastline, our room was right on the beach 😍

Family 2+2. Two weeks. Spacious room, fridge, air conditioning, TV, balcony etc. Cleaned every day, changed bedding every other day (sheets etc.). Very clean! Food in the cafeteria very good apart from standard dishes like everywhere typical Greek dishes of good quality every day:) You can also eat shrimp, mussels, octopus. Staff of the entire hotel very nice and caring about the facility. There are two swimming pools of different depths, a volleyball court, you can also play table tennis or football. The hotel is located practically on the beach, you can go out from your room to the beach. Free sunbeds on the hotel beach. The beach is not very crowded, very few people. The hotel is in a completely isolated place, ideal for people who want to have peace and quiet and rest. Nearby there is a grocery store and a tavern (Oasis very good food) if someone wants to use it. There is also a bus stop nearby that goes every 30 minutes to Platanias and Chania. Overall, I highly recommend it:)
