Everything was great! Wonderful Experience – Highly Recommended!
Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing. The staff were always available, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. Cleanliness was top-notch – the rooms, shared areas, and pools were spotless throughout our stay.
There was a great variety of delicious food, offering something for every taste. The pools were clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.
The beach was just 2 minutes away with the shuttle that the resort provided every 10 minutes, making it very easy and convenient to reach the sea.
Everything was well organized to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel at the end of August 2025. We had a good time but it didn’t feel like a luxury holiday or 5 star hotel.
Guys on reception can talk English and German, I recommend talking with them on English.
For first night we stayed in really bad room that looked at kitchen of other hotel, room had bad smell and AC from kitchen works all night so it was loud, we had trouble sleeping. Guy that showed us way to our room (that felt like a maze) and helped us with luggage didn’t leave room until we gave tip.
We asked workers at reception if there is possibility to change room and they told us:”That’s what you paid for. We are full for tonight, try again tomorrow.” Then guy from our travel agency called reception and talked in Turkish language with them and they told we can see another room in the morning. We had really good view of the pool on the other side of hotel and we agreed on changing rooms but we had to pay 50€ on top what we already paid.
Second room was good, clean but we had problem with room key, it was loosing connection every couple of seconds and we could hear a beep every time it lost connection. I’ll leave a video of it so you can take a look. Reception told us that’s because of the room cards and gave us couple of “new” ones but problem wasn’t solved. So in order to sleep during night we had to take cards out of the card holder next to door, so we didn’t have electricity and AC during the night so we would charge our phones during breakfast.
Food in restaurant was okay, nothing special. I had high hopes of Turkish food but I left disappointed. Food variety was good but pretty much everything was undercooked. And sweets - only baklava was good, everything else - you don’t have to try.
Servers in restaurants were mostly good, they talked under lips in native language when people leave some food on the plate.
Avoid photographer Erkan in this hotel. He told us one thing before photoshoot and after photoshoot everything was different. Other photographer knows German just enough to pose you and when you ask him something in German or English - he just looks at you. Photoshoot is “free”, you have to pay 20€ as reservation for photoshoot. You go to the beach with shuttle bus and have to walk back to hotel because last bus is at 18:00. Photos are nothing special, most of us can take better photos with phones. Then after for photos are “edited”, you can select photos you want. But photographer expects you to select almost all of the photos, they had around 100 photos from our photoshoot. He told us they charge 8€ for 1 printed photo and he can send us digital photos via email for free. We selected 8 photos from our photoshoot and he picked one for that was not in focus. He was so angry that we didn’t pick all of the photos, guess he thought he could earn more than 500€ just from our photoshoot. Then he asked us do we want these 9 photos printed or digital. We asked is there a possibility to have them printed and sent via email. He said:”Well, right now you have to pay 72€ for these photos. If you pay 100€, I can print them and also send them to you.” I told him that he said digital photos are “gift” from him, he just looked the other way.
You have to wake up around 6:30 in the morning to throw a towel on lunger in order to have one later, German guests start with reservations at 6 o’clock. Couple of times animation team told on speaker that you can reserve a place just until 10:00, if you don’t come until 10, cleaning staff will remove your towels but that didn’t happen. Some of guests came around 2pm and towels and loungers waited for them.
Bartenders on beach bar and pool bar are amazing, friendly and easy going.
The best thing about this hotel was clean pools and animation team. I have to say Omar was the best and the coolest guy in animation team, announcer was good and one more Turkish guy. Kamil was always uninterested.
I would come back to this hotel only because cleaning ladies are doing amazing job with the rooms, animation team is amazing and pools are clean too.

Service is sh*t, the manager dosen't care about any complains, from reception to bar to restaurant to entertaiment, everything was under expectations for a 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel, the hotel is nice, the staff is not. If headoffice sees this, fire the manager and everyone else, get a new team. Dirty beach towels, cocktails are like water, at beach they only serve beer, wine and juice, the staff gets mad at you, no respect for the customers and they switched the lights off in the lobby so we would go away. The food is good tho.

Hotel Review: 1 Star
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the hospitality was nonexistent. We were initially assigned a basement room that had a musty smell, which was unacceptable, especially traveling with two small children. When I approached the receptionist about getting a better room, I was shocked to find that they asked for additional payment, despite having booked and paid through an agency.
Reluctantly, I agreed to look at other options. When I attempted to pay for an upgraded room with my credit card, the receptionist refused and insisted on cash payment instead. I felt forced to withdraw cash just to avoid spending our vacation in a damp, musty room.
Moreover, the beach is a good 10-minute walk away, which was inconvenient. The alcoholic beverages served at the hotel were also disappointing, containing very little alcohol content. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Could not ask for more. We were 21.05 to 29.05 for holidays and relaxations. We were surprisely greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were made like King and Queen from accomodations to food services. Could not ask for more. 5 stars from us. Ruth and Matthias Lorenz
