Do not stay here.
Been the worse experience ever. It was mine and my other half’s first ever time doing an all inclusive holiday.
We got put in room 232, shoved in a corner with not even a proper balcony, there was exposed wires in the bathroom next to the shower, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and there was long brown hairs covering the bed. We asked to move and got put in a slightly better, smaller room.
Unless you was up before 6:30am you will not get a sun bed till around 4/5pm.
When the nighttime entertainment started at 9:30 there was not enough seats for everyone to sit down, we ended up having to stand at the side watching / taking part in. Or we ended up just going back to the room.
The food is awful! It is the same every day for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, they may occasionally change the meat on the buffet.
This hotel holds too many people to accommodate for. I have no idea how it got rated 4 star, it would be a 2 star at a push.

Had a great weeks stay here. We’re a group of 6 21 year old girls & it was the ideal hotel! A mix of people, staff were lovely & location very good. We particularly enjoyed aqua gym & water polo! Always very clean. Room was only let down by a very bad view of a wall. We recommend ‘Peter’s Place’ for food, drinks & karaoke & ‘48’ (fun pub) for drinks & dancing!

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms looking onto the pool. Staff can't do enough for you especially Emre and Devrum. We were a party of 4 adults and will definitely return to this hotel. Always something to eat (and I'm picky). Only a couple of minutes walk to bar st. Only negative for me was no option of upgrading drinks as I only drink Captain Morgans spiced rum , (glad I took my own ). Can't wait to return.

Where do I start, returned 12/08/25 after spending 1wk at club shark commenly known as club sh1te. On arrival got took to the room 1st thought what a dump although was clean but marks all over the wall someone's hair on the chairs flys in the curtains. 1st day at the pool staff were shocking complete inappropriate behaviour towards woman sexual gestures, touching hands when given a drink from the bar I could go on.
NO night entertainment in 1 full wk we got bingo and shark night which was a shambles all what you see on the website is false advertisement when asking staff and showing them jet2 pictures they didn't have a clue saying no not this hotel..... if you see foam party's in the advertisement they are completely non exsistant they said not not here. Now they do have a games room for kids pool table is on a slant cues broke and balls missing and table tennis has no ball either.... nothing at all for kids except the pool..... entertainment guy was a waste of time spent his day in his hut playing rubbish music which was on constant replay for a wk..he did play volleyball daily but wouldn't let kids join in?.
He did also do aqua aerobics but if you don't won't to be massaged off other people I wouldn't bother that last 3mins a day then his works done.
Restaurant lovely greeting on entering after that foods bland no taste and typically for the turkish people.
Be aware this hotel does not accept card payments or no receipts if anything is purchased to us seemed like the staff was back pocketing it.... any in flat ables left by the pool the staff take them and resell them in the on site shop which to me is unhygienic and very cheeky....
AVOID this shambles of a hotel, definitely not for family's and definitely not a 4*

This hotel is a Club 18-30 though-back from the 1980's! No way is this a 4☆☆☆☆ hotel, 3☆☆☆ at best. The Breakfast is terrible and the same everything single day. Lunch and Dinner are very unimaginative with just variations on a theme, fish and chicken are always overcooked and dry and why they persist in cold brussel salad is beyond me and most other guests! The rooms are quite comfortable but very basic, there is a small fridge but no kettle, there is a safe but you have to pay to use it, normally free in 4☆☆☆☆ hotels. The staff on the whole are nice and friendly. The swimming pool and sun patio area is one overcrowded mass of sun loungers on top of one another and in blazing sun for most of the day. The dining room is small and looks like a factory canteen. The hotel is build on so many different levels and some rooms are below street level looking at walls. The night time entertainment is rowdy and just not very good. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel again if I paid to by the owner and won a free holiday!
