How do I start this review.
1st I don't know how people can give this hotel 5 stars? All I I say is this is the worst all inclusive hotel and we have travelled the world even to 3rd world country's.
The food is (if you can call it food) luke warm at best my wife had to buy her own cereal and didn't eat a lot she came home after a week and lost weight.
Cat's omg to many, on the chairs, sunbeds, in the hotel, in the restaurant people need to stop feeding them.
Games room well more like reject equipment which should be going to the dump.
The room... the duvet & pillows need replacing.
Bar service we didn't use the bar staff very rude.
Day Entertainment didn't happen the staff to interested in flirting with the young girls.
Night entertainment diabolical.
Sunday night day off but I think more like every day is a day off.
Check out is 12pm, our flight was late at night so we enquired about keeping the room.
12pm till 4pm £25
12pm till 6.30pm £65
If you don't pay and check out at 12pm they disconnect your wifi and you can't use any of the facilities.
Not suitable for people with walking issues or wheelchair user's.

Do not stay here.
Been the worse experience ever. It was mine and my other half’s first ever time doing an all inclusive holiday.
We got put in room 232, shoved in a corner with not even a proper balcony, there was exposed wires in the bathroom next to the shower, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and there was long brown hairs covering the bed. We asked to move and got put in a slightly better, smaller room.
Unless you was up before 6:30am you will not get a sun bed till around 4/5pm.
When the nighttime entertainment started at 9:30 there was not enough seats for everyone to sit down, we ended up having to stand at the side watching / taking part in. Or we ended up just going back to the room.
The food is awful! It is the same every day for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, they may occasionally change the meat on the buffet.
This hotel holds too many people to accommodate for. I have no idea how it got rated 4 star, it would be a 2 star at a push.

Had a great weeks stay here. We’re a group of 6 21 year old girls & it was the ideal hotel! A mix of people, staff were lovely & location very good. We particularly enjoyed aqua gym & water polo! Always very clean. Room was only let down by a very bad view of a wall. We recommend ‘Peter’s Place’ for food, drinks & karaoke & ‘48’ (fun pub) for drinks & dancing!

OMG .. WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN.....This dumb should be removed from the JET2 APP , everything on the app it's heavily PHOTOSHOPPED..I've been to over 10 ALL INCLUSIVE hotel's in Turkiye and they have all been fantastic... it say's it is all inclusive and it's not , I don't drink , but you have 3 choices of alcoholic drinks , Turkish gin or Turkish vodka , and Turkish beer , ANYTHING ELSE you will have to pay, the food (if you can call it that) is spaghetti, rice, chips, chicken and Luke warm kebabs, EVERY SINGLE DAY , there is no egg station, a first for me , you can only have fried eggs every other day,or an egg omelette with nothing in it , no cheese, peppers, onions, anything you'd normally have on an omelette ,the soft drink machine dispenses some sort of green and orange toxic liquid, that marks the cheap plastic tables and cannot be washed away, I lived on salad and soup for a week , ate out mostly, IF YOU'RE THE KIND OF PERSON who wants to eat Luke warm cheap quality food and drinks then this place is for you... anyone writing a positive review of this place doesn't know any better and probably thinks a Travelodge is a five star hotel... The kind of people that go to this hotel every year are people I would never normally see in my day to day life or in any of the hotels I've previously been in , ...oh , food is only limited to 2 hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, AGAIN a first for me in a supposedly ALL INCLUSIVE holiday... Staff walk around in flip flops, and smoke in front of customers..this is a 2 STAR hotel and that's being generous.

This hotel is a Club 18-30 though-back from the 1980's! No way is this a 4☆☆☆☆ hotel, 3☆☆☆ at best. The Breakfast is terrible and the same everything single day. Lunch and Dinner are very unimaginative with just variations on a theme, fish and chicken are always overcooked and dry and why they persist in cold brussel salad is beyond me and most other guests! The rooms are quite comfortable but very basic, there is a small fridge but no kettle, there is a safe but you have to pay to use it, normally free in 4☆☆☆☆ hotels. The staff on the whole are nice and friendly. The swimming pool and sun patio area is one overcrowded mass of sun loungers on top of one another and in blazing sun for most of the day. The dining room is small and looks like a factory canteen. The hotel is build on so many different levels and some rooms are below street level looking at walls. The night time entertainment is rowdy and just not very good. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel again if I paid to by the owner and won a free holiday!
