Perfect hotel located on the front see row in Altea. Impeccable service! Reception personnel was amazing and so helpful. Rooms are big, clean and can have amazing see views. 3 outside swimming pools. Recently refurbished, the entrance and main bar are just stunning! Great hotel, i highly recommend.

It's a beautiful hotel, it only has one flaw, and that's the SPA, it's paid, it doesn't matter, only the opening hours are against people!!! I wanted to pay from 2 p.m., unfortunately it is closed until 5 p.m. I love SPA only in the evening it's late people are going to dinner !!! Changing the time in the SPA would be good. I definitely don't know if I'll go there, I'd rather go where the SPA is open all day

My wife and originally booked a two night stay as a part of our Spain tour however we ended up falling in love with the old town Altea which was a recommendation from the front desk to go and see. We ended up staying an extra two night total of 4. The rooms are clean well maintained and housekeeping doing a good job. The front desk was super help-full recommending places to us. Originally we had an ocean view room and it was amazing highly recommend getting it. Our package included breakfast buffet. The varieties and quality of food was the best we had on our tour thru Spain. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and clean, but for a 5-star hotel it is a bit lacking. The rooms are normal, nothing special, the TV is supposed to be Smart and everything is locked. There is no Bluetooth to send a movie from your phone or Netflix. The swimming pool that is included in the room price is very poor. Of course, if someone pays separately, the Spa has a different pool and all the extras are of the highest quality. My pool is a shame, the windows were open, the water was cold, the air conditioning didn't work, and there were dead cockroaches in some places. The whole stay was so-so. As I mentioned, the windows by the pool were open, the air conditioning didn't work and the water was cold, the mattresses were very hard, but it didn't matter because everyone needs something different. The only thing I don't understand is that the TVs are locked and you can't connect them using your phone and bluetooth lock. Moreover, there is Russian television!!!!!! This is not acceptable !!! There is a war going on, they are not in the European Union at all, and you have their television and you still receive guests from Russia. Shame and lack of honor for Spain.
The dark horse of this hotel is delicious food in all forms. Fresh and very tasty. Congratulations to the entire kitchen crew.
The cleaning service and everything related to cleanliness is ok.

We were there last May (2023) for a family wedding. It was a gorgeous venue with a friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms were large and well kept, the pools offered plenty of space for all and you could walk to local beaches and restaurants. The walk into old town Altea (a little over a mile) was well worth it! Climb the steps to the old church and enjoy the views, the shops and a glass of cava at the many cafes!
