Seaview room was amazing for views but the railing didn't seem very sturdy.
Breakfast was good but dinner could at least have a few more options for children.
Shower in bathroom leaked quite a bit.
Some of the staff were very friendly others not so much.
Local information was very limited was given a map of area but only in Spanish.

Having returned last week I've had time to calm down. This visit was my 4th stay the hotel, admittedly its the first since the pandemic. Let me start with the good points. Room was spotless. Pool area was cleaned every day, they worked hard first thing in morning to get every thing ready for the day. Now to the bad points, unfortunately for me I stayed for two weeks. The food wasn't as good as my last visit and repeated the second week. I found dirty cutlery and glasses. On one occasion i ordered a bottle wine which arrived just as i was finishing my dinner. And now to the bar, the staff are unfriendly and once as i timed it, i ordered a drink while sitting on the terrace the 3rd night there and didn't arrive so after 45 minutes i went to the Bali hotel and got served straight away. Also some entertainment as the first week. Having worked in hospitality for over 30 years the serve is truly awful. If any of the staff i employed wouldn't be working for very long. By my calculation the hotel lost over 300 euros in bar sales from me, due the very poor service. I smoke and wouldn't dream of smoking indoors. But when you can't smoke on the terrace while having a drink is truly ridiculous. I'm an adult, also there are too many signs saying don't do this don't do that. i'm on holiday, all i wanted to do was relax no chance of that happening at this hotel. Upshot i'll never stay at any of groups hotels ever again. One very disappointed guest.

Hotel is at top of a hill, but in a relatively quiet area. Food was excellent for 3*+ hotel and service excellent. Drinks priced ok. Great views from higher up rooms.

Only slight fault is how much is charged for parking the car in your car parks. Especially this hotel is on a hill and any free parking is a long walk away. We only stayed 2 nights and weather was terrible so couldn't enjoy all facilities but we did have a great stay and good nights sleep.

The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. I had an issue with my original room and the staff were genuinely concerned and did what they could to rectify the situation. Their friendliness continued during my whole stay.
The food, at all meals, was excellent. I was very surprised by the variety between days and the freshness of the food. Never any queues or food running out, the restaurant ran like clockwork.
The rooms were very clean and spacious and bright. The view is unbelievable, and I loved the Swifts chirping away as they flew around in the mornings.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the hotel is dated: the soundproofing between rooms was poor, the ceilings are quite low, especially in the shower (not sure how a 1.85m tall person is supposed to shower) and personally, I really think the bidets could be removed to provide more space in the bathrooms.
