Stayed last week for 5 nights. Second time in this hotel. Absolutely love it so handy to where we tend to socialise. Staff are so kind and friendly rooms cleaned every day. We are booked in again for may next year for 2 weeks. The pool a lovely temperature aswell . Really couldn't fault it at all. Looking forward to our return stay. Honestly think we will be booking into orange anytime we are over. I did have my reservations regards hearing the late night partying noise of the clubs but I didn't hear a single noise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Nice hotel although not much choice of food for evening meal. The hotel need to have a system in place to cater for those leaving early. I had paid for breakfast and there was nothing available. Single occupancy rooms don't have balconies and I would now prefer a room with a balcony.

The hotel is modern and clean. The pool area is a sun trap all day long. The staff at the pool bar are lovely and the drink selection is great. The food is lovely and the prices are good. Perfect location, everything you need in walking distance. Very close to beach. I would definitely return!

Lovely hotel with clean rooms, we had the maid come in every day to change towels and clean, breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of cereals, fruit and hot food, signs saying that they cook to a minimum to avoid food waste but always seemed to be plenty available. Location is ideal, although opposite of Cafe Benidorm, once the balcony door was closed you couldn't hear much noise from outside, a couple of minutes walk from the strip and beach, would definitely book here agan

The music that was being played in the pool area wasn't as good as previous years. It was also repeated throughout the week. Also having music from the 50s means you're playing music 75 years old! Expected a little bit more entertainment around the pool area. Roxanne and Miguel (I think I got their names right) were very good at the pool area serving everybody it got busy quite regularly. Might be a better way of serving food as well maybe a table number would be helpful and called out of ording at pool bar. Way way too much noise in the hotel even at two - three o'clock in the morning with people screaming up and down corridors and banging and crashing doors. I think some guests need to be told that they have to be quiet after two three o'clock in the morning. It's not fair on other guests hearing men and women shouting obscenities at each other up and down the corridors. I know everybody's there to have a good time but they have to respect other guests as well. On my visit the air conditioning was working fine so I had no problems I know other people complained about the air conditioning not being gone at certain times of the. Walls are very thin and everything echoes down the corridors.
