We had a great time at Terrazamar. The apartment itself had air-conditioning in the bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the main room. The very large sun terrace had two sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs, and a parasol. Decent kitchen with the usual utensils and items. Yes, the room looked a bit tired. But it didn't detract from the holiday one bit. It's only superficial. There's a small supermarket and bar on site too. All the staff we interacted with were great. I'd like to give special mention to the cleaners. Who I personally thought did an excellent job. We were close enough to the bars to walk to. Yet were far enough away that we didn't notice an noise at night. We wold definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Terrazamar. Lowest level (101 - 118) which have an astroturfed terrace with a jacuzzi, two sunbeds, parasol and a table with two chairs. Much bigger than any terrace we have had over the 20 odd years visiting Puerto Rico. Inside the self-catering apartment it is well fitted out with aircon in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and good sized freezer compartment. Would recommend for couples or a family of 3. Staff very friendly and amenable. There was an offer to use the breakfast service at the Sun Suites at €6 per day, but we didn't use it so cannot comment on quality.

Just arrived home after a weeks stay .
Great location, close to resort centre and Mogan Mall. About half an hour to the beach. Rooms are large , and the balcony was massive. Price included air-conditioning and safe hire for a week , so great value .
Great little bar and cafe in reception.
A couple of minor things. Had a voucher for a discount on breakfast, but this discount only applies if your having breakfast for the length of your stay. Cost two of us €19 for breakfast one morning, and it is usual fair.
Finally, there was a very unpleasant smell in the room for a couple of days . I thought it may have gone after a day but lingered. Once I informed reception, she arranged for maintenance to pop up to the room.
Apparently, it was some stagnant water, lingering in the pipe work . It was sorted quickly with some crystals and was fine for the remainder of our stay.
We would definitely return here at the right price .

Fabulous hotel, rooms & Facilities and ideally located in the center of two shopping malls.
The restaurant serves up a great selection of hot & cold food.
Poolside entertainment is first class.
Because of the different levels of the buildings it takes a while to figure out the lifts, but it's well worth it.
Heading back again next year. 🥰

Great location.
Kids of comfort in the classic one bedroom apartment.
Staff are so friendly and always happy to help.
Food and drink are cheap but good quality.
