We stayed here for a week all inclusive. It's a small hotel which does a great job in offering a good variety of food and drink.
The rooms are outdated but do what you need. Like many others the shower did leak but as long as you popped another towel down it was fine.
Plenty of room around the pool, couple nights of entertainment too. Great location, easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants.
There was a enough choice meal wise, though a few more signs would be good. Drinks were great, you did have to ask for service sometimes as they didn't keep someone on the pool bar but you never waited long.
It's not 5 star but the price reflects this and we had a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our week stay here. The all inclusive is good value, local drinks but taste good with a good selection included. Food has a good selection, only comment would be the labeling of ingredients and allergens isn't also accurate (e.g. sauces marked as vegetarian/vegan with meat in) but overall ok and we had good meals. Rooms are basic and haven't been renovated like the rest of the hotel. Pool area is very nice and relaxing with plenty of sun beds available. Great location for town/beach access. Staff were really friendly and helpful!

We spent a wonderful holiday at the Sergios Hotel and can definitely recommend it! The hotel is clean, well located, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay especially for couples or families who want to explore Crete.
A very special thank you goes to Stelios at the reception! From day one, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. Whether it was for excursion tips, questions about the hotel, or minor concerns Stelios was a great support throughout our entire stay. His open and warm manner made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Many thanks to the entire team and especially to Stelios! We'd love to come back. 😊

I recently stayed at Hotel Sergio's, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, this hotel left much to be desired.
First and foremost, the rooms were incredibly small. There was hardly enough space to move around, and it felt very cramped, which made relaxing after a long day nearly impossible.
The bathroom situation was even worse. The toilet had a persistent, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. To add to the troubles, the toilet seat didn’t fit properly and moved around all the time, creating a rather awkward experience.
Temperature control was another major issue. The heat in the hotel was overwhelming, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
The dining options were equally disappointing. It felt like I was eating the same food every day, which quickly became boring and uninspired. Variety is essential when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, Sergio's missed the mark here.
To top it all off, I experienced a rather unusual disturbance during my stay: a monkey knocking on my window all night! While it may sound amusing, it was quite annoying and definitely contributed to a restless night.
The only silver lining of my stay was Luigi, the bartender. He was fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and he mixed up some great drinks. Luigi’s bald head might have shone brightly in the dimly-lit bar, but it was his personality that truly stood out as the highlight of my stay.
In summary, Hotel Sergio's offered a disappointing experience characterized by small rooms, stinky toilets, excessive heat, and an annoying monkey. The only redeeming quality was Luigi, the bald bartender, who provided excellent service. I would recommend seeking other accommodations if you're traveling to the area.
