Not as bad as comments say. For the price was impressed. room was clean lovely lighting powerful shower and balcony. The chambermaid was amazing and works so hard. Grounds were clean and big pool areas with bar. As room only can't comment on the food but some staff did need addressing and manager was polite and advised would deal with it. Elevators need refurbishing. 15 min walk to beach and start of pomonard. Can get busses (25) straight to palma.

I stayed at to Luna Park hotel for a week in Early October. I found the check in quick and efficient and I was very happy with the room that I was allocated. I chose to upgrade to a pool view room and I was not disappointed.
I stayed on a half board bases and the hotels breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The evening meal was good and I enjoyed the large choice of fruit available.
I found the pool area clean and tidy and was always able to get a sunbed. I will say that they are poor sunbeds as they do not have a adjustable back
The hotel has good free WiFi and the bar has a good choice of drinks and ok prices.
The hotel is located in a quiet area of a busy resort. There are buses close by to Palma city centre and the airport.
Overall I havd a great time and would happily return again.

The hotel is a tragedy. Everything is loud. It's like the walls are made of cardboard.
You get the impression the staff are doing you a favor. They roll their eyes when they clear plates .The towels are regularly changed so that's a plus. The drinks at the bar are disgusting, just 100% artificial. It's probably just powdered water mixed together.
The food, well, it's not the worst, but it leaves a lot to be desired. As for the buffet, there's a large selection, but no local cuisine. If you're hoping for paella, you'll be disappointed because you won't find a single shrimp in it, even after an hour. The tomatoes and oranges are tasteless, worse than the ones we can buy in rainy Belgium.
I think these are products that should simply taste better because they're grown in the Majorcan sun.
And the food they serve at the pool bar is simply TRAGIC. I'm stressing that with big letters—it's just unthinkable that you pay for all-inclusive and get two completely artificial hamburger buns full of preservatives, with a cold slice of cheese inside.
Everything I was given at that pool bar was just cold and inedible.
The drinks at the pool bar were also just disgusting.
I understand it's not a five-star hotel, but seriously, you shouldn't have to cut corners like this.. I think anyone who eats a normal, average diet wouldn't be able to swallow any of this, or it's simply very unpleasant to eat and drink what they're serving.
The pools are really a two or three-star at most.Visually, they are not pleasant.
The pools aren't big either.
AND -The biggest problem at the pool is the lack of sun loungers for more than half of the hotel's guests.
The beach is quite a distance away, so you have to struggle to get to it.
Yes, on the plus side—although it depends on who you ask—there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
And of course, there are plenty of nearby souvenir shops.

Rooms were nice , it said 1 double but 2 singles . Bathroom door didn’t close but part from that it was nice and clean
Service and employees were good , everyone helped where was needed and couldn’t fault them.
Location was class, about 5,6 shops outside which helped a lot , and a lovely 10,15 walk to the beach front which was a nice walk through the city so could t complain.
The pools was clean and kind of warm , but it’s a pool and couldn’t complain.
Altogether was a really nice place to stay and would deffo come back

I stayed here for one week in August for a vacation. The first impression was just “okay” — nothing special despite the 3-star rating.
The room comfort was poor. The bed was unpleasant, the lighting was.. decent (and one light didn’t even work), and while the temperature was fine, the shower was a disaster — the door didn’t seal, so water leaked onto the floor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
Food quality was low, and the staff did not improve the experience. They came across as cold, avoiding eye contact when speaking, which left a bad impression.
The location was fine, but not enough to make up for the shortcomings. On top of the stay, there was an additional €30 fee just to “live” there, which felt unreasonable.
I do not recommend Seramar Hotel Luna Park and would not live here again, mostly due to the staff.
