This hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced and my standards are not high!! After 5 days of using the same white towel in my shower I went to the reception to simply ask a new towel. They didn’t want to give me one. I was super surprised bc what do u mean u can’t give me one? They laughed in my face. Literally. I hated my stay just because of that. Let alone the loud swimming pool music under my room that starts at 10 in the morning. -5 stars.

The hotel has very limited parking spaces. Upon arrival, we were charged a €22 tourist tax, which we were not informed about in advance.
Regarding the rooms, the bathroom door does not close completely, compromising privacy. Additionally, the shower area causes water to spill all over the bathroom floor.
At night, around midnight, it is possible to hear drunk guests shouting and banging on doors, disturbing the peace.
The restaurant offers good quality food, with a wide variety of options catering to most diets and allergens. However, drinks are not included with dinner, not even water, and bringing your own drinks is not allowed. This forces guests to buy drinks at the hotel, with prices around €3 per drink.
Breakfast meets the usual expectations for a hotel, and again, it’s worth noting that the food quality is excellent.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and honestly, they are the best part of the hotel experience.
The pool area is well-equipped with plenty of sun loungers and is well-located to catch the sun. There is also good music and a bar that serves guests efficiently.

There are limits to disaster, but this place has gone way beyond! Zero hygiene, rooms stink like hell, and the bathrooms are completely unusable. The common areas look like a dump. You won’t have a single peaceful moment during your stay. The entire hotel is packed with 18-20-year-old, rude, disrespectful people screaming like wild animals all day and night. Sleeping at night? Forget it—constant fights, shouting, and doors slamming nonstop. This is not a vacation; it’s pure torture! If you want to waste your money and lose your sanity, this is the place. Otherwise, stay as far away as possible!

Parking is a big problem. We paid 24€ tourist tax, which was not specified in advance when you came to the hotel. You have to walk 10 minutes to the beach. The air conditioner does not cool down enough in this heat. There is no refrigerator or shampoo in the room. Just soap. But the rooms are clean.

Did not stay here by choice and I never would. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! TUI put us up here for a night due to cancelled flight and wish we had rather stayed at the airport as it spoilt our ending of the holiday. Check in took over an hour. Rooms are filthy and tiny and have an awful bleach/damp smell which made me and my partner cough so asked to change rooms. Doors slam and door sirens go off which wake you up. Lifts are only just working and have smashed up mirrors inside and wear and tear and not looked after. No water or fridge in the room, bed sheets are cheap and dirty so you sweat all night. Yes there is air con but couldn’t feel this in the room at all. 4 security officers stood at the front of the hotel, rough area with people laying on the floor and road and smashed glass everywhere. Had around 2 hours sleep, was awoken all night by door alarms and sirens then at 7am loud scraping noises from room above, sounded like they were re arranging the room as it echoed down onto us! Breakfast was horrid and a free for all, not enough tables for people. Bad smells like dead animals coming out of the bathroom sink. Reception full of mosquitoes. Hotel did not feel safe at all, we got no sleep. Not a nice place at all. AVOID!!
