Our stay at the Reverence Mare was a very romantic one indeed. It was just what we wanted and needed and I highly recommend the swim up pool rooms.
There is a few which is part of the hotel and others which are part of an extension to the hotel itself in the building opposite.
Our bed was a lil stiff and felt like it needed to be more comfortable.
Cleaners are always good and come daily. Toilet roll paper always seemed thin.
We didn't like the toilet as it was in a box room of an ensuite with no way of any air being able to get into it for ventilation. Shower was lovely though!
We enjoyed our stay at Reverence Mare.

Reverence Mare
This was our 2nd year at this hotel as we had loved it so much last year.
However, IF we come back,we will go B&B as the Evening Dinner is appalling. Main courses are disjointed, poor options, poor quality ingredients and invariably cold. If you like poor quality fish and chicken with olives in everything you’ll be ok. But why put curried rice on with slices of roast beef in gravy???? We happened to mention this to the guy in the blue shirt who was on the desk in the dining room, asking if they’d changed chefs, as it was sooooo below par. He was ok with us, but then tonight we went in ( a Saturday night) and virtually no floor staff, food sub standard and it took us getting up and asking for a drink halfway thro our meal. Staff that were on, 2 girls and a lad weren’t watching for people requesting them and carried on talking amongst themselves. Customer service
Tonight was poor.
Thank god the deserts were lovely, although being diabetic I can’t eat many of them if Ive not had enough protein in my main meal.
Breakfasts were excellent and we really looked forward to them. A few of the staff recognised us from last year which was nice.
We had requested the same room again, across the road in the other building. Last year we had mentioned that the sinks plug needed a new rubber washer as it did not hold water in. A little disappointed that it hadn’t been replaced at all this year so couldn’t wash any smalls as the water did not stay in the bowl. Hardly water efficient are you!
The rooms are light and airy and staff come to clean them every day. The ladies are always pleasant and cheerful. It’s not a big deal being in the other ‘Panoramic’ building as an under road corridor connects to the main building. Plus it’s quieter. Alrhough EVERYONE staying in this building were bitten to death every night. No idea if they are in the air con as no mozzies in sight.
As it was our 2nd visit the management put a letter under our door saying we could have a glass of bubbly each at the bar. Lovely touch. But I can’t have alcohol and the bar staff wouldn’t let me have a Diet Coke. Only water. Wow!
Very clean well kept hotel, close to the beach, shops and restaurants but they need to seriously rethink their Dinner menus. Maybe look back at last years menus and work out which were popular and how much was chucked away this week. We saw an enormous amount of food being wasted as it just wasn’t fit to eat. My old school dinners were better.
We love the area and the general Hotel so it’s quite sad that the Food is the only thing letting them down.

Fantastic adult only hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast in a comfort room. We have a whirlpool bath on the balcony which is great but because of that, we have no view as the wall is high to screen the tub.
The pools are beautiful and they have executive rooms where you can swim up to the door.
Breakfast is delicious with so much choice. Location is amazing, right opposite the beach and next to all the night life, restaurants and shops but far enough off the main strip so its still extremely quiet in the hotel.

We recently returned from a week-long stay at this hotel. We were excited to go, as Jet2 advertised it as a 4-star plus, which was a bit of a letdown since it felt more like a 3-star hotel. We upgraded to a prestige room with a sea view, but it was surprisingly small. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend upgrading. We didn’t even bother going up to the sky lounge during our stay.
Also the air conditioning is a joke, not sure how people cope in actual summer!!
The food was average, with a small buffet that didn’t seem to cater to the number of guests. The hotel lacked an atmosphere, and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. If you’re a young couple, I wouldn’t choose this hotel, as there are probably better options in the surrounding area.
On the positive side, we did enjoy getting down to the main beach, shops, and bars.
Overall I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
Attitude of staff stinks too!

I have recently returned from a thoroughly enjoyable four night stay.
The hotel is conveniently placed for access for the beach and for the many restaurants and bars and is only about a 20 minute taxi ride from Palma airport.
I found all of the staff friendly and attentive. Angel who worked the bar area is a credit to the hotel.
I only had breakfast in the hotel which was plentiful and had a lot of choice of cooked, cereals, fruit and pastry’s.
The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with a large bed.
I didn’t use the pool or the pool area which had lots of available sun beds.
I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel and would not hesitate to return again.
