We stayed at this hotel from September 9th to 19th, and overall we had a very nice holiday. I think we were the only guests from Serbia, while most of the tourists were from Russia, Poland, and Germany.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are maintained regularly, and the pool hygiene is at a high level. Besides cleanliness, the biggest advantage of this hotel is the excellent food. The food selection is really wide, and we were especially happy about the large variety of fish. The hotel staff are friendly and in good spirits. In my opinion, the animation program was adequate, and not noisy like in other hotels. Animators had a nice approach with children, and our child enjoyed the mini disco. My wife also went for a massage at the hotel and was quite satisfied.
The pool is clean, and during our stay it wasn’t crowded, while the beach was a bit busier and it was harder to find a well-positioned sunbed. The hotel’s sunbeds are far from the sea, so when you’re on the sunbeds you don’t really get the full experience. The sea is clean, but because of the sand and waves it can look a bit murky.
Next to the hotel runs a river where you can see big and small turtles, as well as plenty of fish. It’s worth stopping on the bridge to film the numerous turtles. The surroundings are pleasant, with many friendly cats. Also, near the hotel there are plenty of shops and small shopping centers where you can buy various fake brand clothes and shoes of different quality at low prices. There’s especially a wide selection of affordable football jerseys of decent quality.
As for the downsides, the first was a small inconvenience at check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am with a small child. We weren’t surprised or upset that our room wasn’t ready yet, but we didn’t like the male receptionist’s offer to move us to a better room that was immediately available for an extra 50 euros. Considering that the price we had already paid for the holiday wasn’t small, we didn’t accept this offer and decided to wait until 2 p.m. However, at 1 p.m. another female receptionist gave us the cards for our room without any problem.
The second downside was the rather loud noise coming from another hotel. Our room faced the street, and until midnight the program from the other hotel was extremely loud, which isn’t very pleasant for families with children. Still, it didn’t bother too much our child or us, so we slept quite well in the end.
All in all, we had a very nice holiday at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great, with plenty of markets nearby and not far from Antic Side. There’s a bus stop close to the hotel, and the bus fare is only €1.5 per person.
The food was quite varied and tasty.
The beach is about a 10-minute walk, or you can take a bus that runs every 10 minutes.
The room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was replenished every day. However, the staff offered to move our room to face the pool for an additional fee, which felt a bit pushy, and the extra charge is definitely a downside. Also, the key card for the room often demagnetized, so we had to go down to the reception frequently to get it reactivated.

I stayed with my family for about a week, and I have to start by pointing out how unsanitary the pedicure service was. The woman scrubbing my feet used the same tools she had just used on the previous customer without sanitising them. She was also extremely rough when shaping my cuticles, which left me in pain and with an infection the next day. When I went back to inform her, she handed me what she claimed was a cream to help but I later discovered it was just scented Nivea cream wrapped in foil. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding pedicures at this hotel entirely, it’s unhygienic and not worth the health risk.
On a more positive note, the beach restaurant’s food was absolutely delectable, fresh oven-baked pizzas made to order, unlimited drinks, jacket potatoes, ice cream, burgers, and chips. However, despite the good food, I would not return overall. The service lacked warmth, with staff appearing straight-faced and unapproachable.

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy.
Especially pool bar is one of the best. They serve fresh pizzas, waffles, ice cream, jacket potato, burgers and gozlemes
Love spending all day on the poolside
And the facilities on the beach are beyond expectation......

This is week 2 of our holiday. It is in a really good location near Side. The local shops are set up for German tourists more than the bits but once you get away from the immediate surroundings, you can find great bargains.
The hotel is fantastic, the reception area is large and welcoming. We upgraded to a bigger poolside room, it has a fridge, kettle, shower and other usual things you find. The balcony is of a reasonable size.
There are 3 restaurants, but only the main one was open. A very large variety of foods to cater for all tastes, including healthy options. There is also an outdoor bar which also serves ice cream, baked potatos, pizza and Aisha makes savoury pancakes
Outside entertainment occurs most days at different intervals, kids have their own pool area and the indoor pool is heated with a sectioned off paddling pool.
There is a golf cart that transfers guests to the private beach which also has a bar and kitchen area. The area is clean and at the end of the beach.
I didn't use the gym facilities but they have a spa area too, and a doctor.
There are at least 3 sets of lifts that take you to the 6 levels. My favourite area has to be the patisserie which is where I am writing this right now.
Overall, the hotel is very family orientated, pleasant and the staff are super friendly speaking many different languages. I would definitely stay here again.
