Just finished our holiday here and need to say the staff were perfect! So friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Sapana made check in easy. Room cleaning was active most of the day which was a treat. Toiletries and towels refreshed daily. I used the spa for a massage with Reshna which was professional and incredibly relaxing and great value for money. Sea view from the breakfast room. Access to YouTube on the television.
Only thing missing was a mirror next to the outlets for doing hair. Unfortunately didn't get to use the pool or upper deck due to the weather/off season but we still felt we had everything we needed. Maintenance staff were also efficient throughout.
Would recommend and would return..thank you! ☺️

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views, and the facilities are a real highlight, especially the infinity pool, sauna, and spa, which made the stay feel relaxing and special.
The hotel itself is well presented, and the complimentary items and restaurant discount vouchers were a thoughtful touch. Free parking was also very convenient.
What truly stood out was the staff. Every member of the team was extremely friendly yet professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
The only downside was the wet room, as the water tended to spread everywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily return.

We have just returned from our first trip to Malta.
The hotel is in a great position to both beach and amenities- including boat trips.
The breakfast was amazing- so many different options available including lots of dietary options too. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails in the lounge- a great way to start off the evening!
The reception desk staff were efficient but were not particularly warm and welcoming- though Sabana was great at trying to sort out our lift back to the airport as our coach didn’t turn up.
The room was large and spacious and very clean. The air con didn’t work but we used the fan that was in the room- there was a lot of building work around the area and the windows did an excellent job at cutting out the noise of it- so even though it was January, we needed to cool the room down. We also had a problem with ‘casting’ our mobile phones onto the TV. Jessica came to help us but couldn’t sort it- it seemed to be a problem with IPhones!

Seaview Hotel: Hotel Top, Spa Flop
Without the spa area, this hotel would definitely deserve 5 stars.
Hotel:
A very beautiful and stylishly designed hotel. From reception to the service staff, everyone was extremely polite and friendly.
Room:
Very nice and elegant. The bed was very comfortable – perfect for couples. The room was cleaned daily between 10:00 and 15:00.
Restaurant:
Very good quality and very courteous staff. The coffee was made from real beans, not instant powder.
Location:
Excellent – about a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. Free parking is available in the underground garage.
Spa & Fitness:
The fitness area was only partially satisfactory. The cardio machines were fine, but the strength equipment was very old and lacked a clear concept. That said, not every guest needs a gym.
Unfortunately, the spa area was disappointing. The sauna only worked properly during the last two days. Before that, the temperature was around 35°C and was only corrected after a repair.
One possible reason: Many guests performed sauna infusions (Aufguss) despite clear signs stating this is not allowed. Since the sauna is electrically heated, it seems that many guests ignored the rules. In addition, the sauna door was constantly opened and not properly closed.
The steam bath reached temperatures of up to 57°C, although the posted maximum was 45°C. We discussed this with a spa staff member, whose response was that some guests prefer higher temperatures. However, the official guidelines did not appear to be consistently followed. After about three days, the temperature was finally adjusted correctly.
The swimming pool was often unpleasant, as many guests entered directly after using the sauna or steam bath without showering first. The spa area was also quite noisy, especially on weekends.
A proper spa culture was unfortunately lacking, and the area did not seem to be adequately supervised.
During our stay, the weather was poor (rain and wind). In good weather, we likely would not have needed the spa or fitness facilities.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding.
I would especially like to appreciate the front desk team — Archana, Leizel, and Zeile. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warm smiles, and willingness to assist with every request truly made a difference. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and valued as a guest.
It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and they are a true asset to the hotel. Because of their excellent service, my stay became even more memorable.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back! 😇😇
