The rooms are excellent. They have all been refurbished. Beds comfortable, plenty of coat hangers for two. You have your own sunloungers and table and chairs on the terrace of your room. The cleaner is in everyday apart from Wednesday and Sunday. The pool is large, cold and salt water. Loads of sun loungers around the pool along with sunshade. In October it was quiet, so can't comment on wars for the sunloungers. There is a poolside bar. Reasonable prices. Had a pizza. €9.50. Was homemade. Lovely. We were half board {normally s/C} Location: has bars and restaurants around the apartments but it is about 15/20 mins from the square. The breakfast is as expected. Cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit, cooked breakfast. Tea, coffee, juices. Various offerings for dinner. Warm, tasty, salads, deserts. Personally like to be closer to the square but as a birthday present, not going to complain.

Spotless hotel, rooms very spacious and clean, we went self catering and there is a small supermarket about 2 mins walk, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds, only gripe would be the lack of parasols, few and far between so be early if you want some shade. A 15/20 stroll into the town, go via the coast its nicer than the road. Enjoy 🍸

Just returned home from a week stay at these lovely apartments, everything from start to finish was lovely. There were 6 of us staying here so I requested rooms close together prior to arrival, the request was granted. We had 2 2 bedroom apartments and one one bedroom. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, it wasn’t too busy so no problem getting sun loungers, the pool bar was ideal and prices were relatively cheap, we ate a few times from there and the food was lovely. This was my first time in Lanzarote and i would without hesitation return to The Santa Rosa, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Great family orientated hotel. Rooms are very spacious, and well equipped. Reasonable air con, not ice cold but works well enough. A reasonable selection of foods at breakfast such as continental, European, full cooked breakfast, various breads and pastries, plus more. Evening meals are reasonably varied, freshly made and enough variety for adults and kids.
Pool is salted water and medium sized, has plenty of sunbeds but these do get snapped up early morning, so be prepared to get up early (around 6am) if you want to have your pick of where to setup for the day. There is a lifeguard on duty from 10am-6pm.
Location is good for beach access, for town and restaraunts and local bus service.
There is mini golf on site (free to play, putters and balls near reception, 2x racket ball courts, tenpin bowling, kids play areas and kids club. There is an indoor pool for lane swimming, (chlorinated) and a gym for those that want some physical exertion whilst on holiday (weirdos). All in all, it's a great complex and I would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced holiday in Lanzarote.

Stayed here September '25. We had a Superior Apartment. Very modern and clean enough. The living area had a comfortable sofa/bed. Plenty of room with a wall mounted smart TV with good WiFi. All the streaming services worked without buffering or any other issues. There is a small kitchen area with all the essentials you'd expect. The bathroom was big and included a large back lit mirror over sink, toilet and very large shower with both a fixed rain head and corded normal head. The bedroom had two small double beds with comfortable, memory foam mattresses and pillows. Lit site tables at either side and a modern open wardrobe area that includes a safe that you just pay for. The air con was cold and powerful, all plug points had USB sockets included throughout. Outside were 3 sunloungers, a table and chairs in a sunbaked, tiled area.
The pool is unheated saltwater, but wasn't too cold maybe due to the excellent weather we had during our stay. Adjustable, strong, sunloungers line the outside of the pool. There are more than enough with plenty to spare. There's a small kid's pool just at the side of the main pool.
The pool bar was a great suprise. The food there is lovely and well priced. All freshly cooked with lots of options. The staff at the pool bar are friendly and can't do enough.
I used the gym which has a mixture of old and new machines, freeweights and cardio equipment. One of the best I've encountered at a hotel.
The hotel is well placed. There are a few restaurants, supermarkets and a chemist less than 1 minute away. It's a 20 minute walk down to the main square and beach or 2 minutes and 4€ in a taxi.
The cleaners were a bit of a mixed bag. We were awoken on 3 occasions between 8am and 9am even with the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and on the Sunday when we were due to check out by 12 they woke us up at 9 even though we were told they don't clean Sundays and Wednesdays. They'd ask us how long we were going to be as they had to go to the other side of the hotel to carry on. One of the three occasions we were planning on going out but felt rushed to get ready and leave the room as they were waiting outside talking, looking in the room. The other two times we told them to go away. It was annoying to be woken up and made to feel pressured to rush on our holiday. It's the only time we haven't tipped the cleaners. New towels and toiletries every day. New linen once per week. Beds turned down every day. Some days the cleaning of the surfaces and floors was brilliant, other times it could've been better.
We didn't use the bowling, mini golf or tennis courts but they were always in use and looked maintained. The grounds are also very well maintained and the foliage is particularly pretty. The staff on the reception were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
All in all a relaxed, clean and modern place to stay. If we were to visit Lanzarote again we would definitely stay at Santa Rosa.
