Travelled all over Europe, and this has to be by far the nicest hotel we have been to! Food and drinks are nice and the place is spotless. The staff are lovely and very helpful

It was a great spot. Handy to nice bars, near to the strip and the beaches. Yes there are a few issues with the decor in the rooms, but didn't take away with my enjoyment of the room. The staff were all friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Pool bar was handy, good pours and decent pub grub. The pool and grounds were great. And the hotel bar had comparable prices to all local bars, not a rip off like most. Reception called taxis for us to get to old town, and they came in two minutes. Would happily stay here again

My wife organise the trip. Hotel doesn't have the nicest situation. It is however close enough to comfortably access everywhere and on the local bus route. The hotel itself is immaculate. The entry , bar and reception, very well laid out. Access to a computer, some books to read and exchange, very well presented and cleaned toilets. The suite we had was perfect. Clean, enough room, comfortable seating, good quality TV, small well equipped cooking area with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The pool area had plenty of loungers and parasols, with access to a bar for refreshments. It also has a small grassy area with loungers and parasols. We were half board. The breakfast on the ground floor level, provided a great selection

Amazing hotel, the rooms are clean and the maids do a brilliant job, breakfast is nice, not a huge variety but tasty regardless. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is perfect for algarve if you have a car as we did .. and if you’re in Albufeira it’s still a good location as it’s a pretty loud city in the evening and hotel is out the way but within walking distance to most locations in Albufeira..
Overall conclusion hotel is brilliant and would definitely stay again

Stayed here a couple of times when holidaying in Portugal and would say it is the best out of the hotels I've stayed in.
Breakfast is good and a large selection of items available, from typical english selections, to pastries, breads and fresh fruit. Staff are always helpful and are quick to clear up after a table has left so that everyone has a chance to be seated and eat.
Location wise, the hotel is in close proximity to the beach. A nice selection of bars around the area and you're only a short walk away from the strip (if that's your kind of thing). However, you are not kept up all night with the sound of the strip, so the location works out as a nice divide.
Staff are always on hand to help wherever they can and the outside facilities are good too! The Pool is very cold typically, but if you're in need of a cool down, you'll definitely get one from the pool here!
