The rooms are lovely, spacious, and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We had booked as a group of four across two rooms, and the only downside was being placed quite far apart, with one room on the 5th floor and the other on the 15th. We had expected to be closer together, as this has usually been the case at other hotels. Most of the staff were warm and welcoming. Molly at reception, in particular, was fantastic and made everything feel easy. Booking a taxi was incredibly convenient as well – just a quick word at reception and one arrives within minutes. However, we did have one unpleasant interaction in the dining area when a staff member removed my nan’s chair while she was getting food and wasn’t particularly polite when we mentioned it. The food itself was lovely with a great variety to choose from. The only real disappointment for us was the drinks. Many of them tasted quite watered down, especially the cocktails, which seemed to be made in large jugs. The mixers also didn’t have much flavor, so we struggled to find something we enjoyed drinking. Overall, it’s a clean and welcoming hotel with great food and mostly wonderful staff. With just a few improvements, particularly around drink quality and room allocation for groups, it could be an excellent stay from start to finish.

Stayed here this week. Rooms are not what you expect at a 4 star hotel with stained bedding ripped curtains and floors dirty under beds and sofa. May have been 4 star previously but needs a renovation as most things now show signs of wear. Bar staff and catering staff are great. Bar staff Matt Jeni maia and pedro make the place, they are full of charisma and go out their way to make your stay is fun and enjoyable if wasn’t for the staff I would definitely have changed hotels.

Just got back, and firstly the hotel is beautiful clean and staff are pleasant and kind apart from 1 member of staff in which I believe she said she was the manager, on 1 day whilst we were there it was Gail force winds, so nobody could go outside so a lot of guests were in the bar making there own fun, couples playing cards singles reading a book family groups having fun, and 1 group of ladies beside us were playing games, 1 in particular name that tune, they were playing amongst themselves, and singing some great songs 1 lady in the group had a fabulous voice and she was not only entertaining there group but the whole bar/lounge, every guest was singing along looking around the room everyone was singing along even the bar staff, then this lady manager came over and said be quiet as she couldn’t hear herself think, I found this very disgusting as this lady was the entertainment I would of paid to hear this lady sing, everyone was shocked, even a 85 year old lady came over and asked this lady to sing and she said I’d love to but she wasn’t aloud, how nasty that was of that women, she spoilt the day, maybes had you put some entertainment on or a bit of music, but if I was you I would reach out to that guest Jackie her name was and apologise as she was absolutely amazing and by far the best entertainment we had listened too. And to top it off, you might want to change the lift sign as it says 8 persons but when we got stuck in the lift for 25 mins 6 persons we didn’t get an apology we got told off, in future only 5 people in the lift again was unkind

Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday. Your hotel is fabulous from your staff bar staff, entertainment, staff, receptionists The chefs and the waiters and waitresses and the domestic cleaners. Ooh, do a fantastic job the food was fabulous and having a different choice everyday and evening was great the hotel is spotless clean the pool is so well kept so thanks to the maintenance staff and not forgetting the lifeguards the room's are lovely and so clean,toothpaste and toothbrush shaver soap body lotion in the bathroom is so nice we stayed 25th October for a week all-inclusive so it was Halloween themed was fabulous and to see all the staff dressed up was great we also enjoyed the wine tasting afternoon around the pool and the cocktail tasting on Halloween night please keep up the amazing work and the owner and Management must be doing great job i will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family kind regards Bev & Janet

This is a good hotel located about 10 mins walk from the sea front. The hotel is modern, clean and has everything you could need. I would advise that you request information about the hotel on your arrival because you dont get told anything helpful. We had to find out for ourselves where everything was and what time meal times were and what snacks were available and from where etc because noone provided this information to us. Other than that, very happy with out stay.
