Attended here as part of a deal at a sister hotel offering a meal in their Asian restaurant on site. Hotel appeared very clean, well sign posted, easily accessible for mobility issues and pleasant staff.
The asian restaurant was lovely - well decorated and super friendly staff. The menu is small but as its part of the hotel I expected that. Food quality was really good, served quickly and was tasty.
Would 100% recommend as appeared to cater well for families too.

Great hotel very friendly staff and good with kids even my very awkward autistic child!
Enough to keep them fed, watered and entertained. The only thing I'd like is a little bit of music around the pool and more varied music in the evening. Lots of repeated songs, which could get annoying. The cabaret evening was very good fun- we thoroughly enjoyed. The bar staff were incredible, and the chap usually running the outdoor snack bar was so friendly and chatty and remembered what everyone ordered! Would come back:-)

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect.
What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive.
The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind.
We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

Just got back from Sandos Suites yesterday evening, and it's safe to say, it didn't disappoint.
Me and my partner booked this at short notice to celebrate us being together 10 years, and we couldn't of asked for a better hotel.
It's clean, tidy, and the food was top tier with great selection. I witnessed parents with children that are fussy eaters, and they spoken to the restaurant managers to ask if they could cook up something as simple as chicken nuggets, to which the manager and the chef managed to sort out which was nice to see.
Location is great, 10-15 minutes to the beach depending on if you're a fast walker or not, entertainment was great, and the bar staff outside went above and beyond for everyone.
We was welcomed with the biggest of smiles from the receptionist and she was very helpful, there's constantly people cleaning the hotel, not to mention the people outside keeping the pool area clean, I'd see them cleaning up around 8pm, and then I'd see them back out around 7am wiping the sunbeds down etc.
The rooms are spacious, good sized balcony with great views, and the beds are super comfy with brilliant air-conditioning.
I will definitely be back, keep up the good work.

I have just returned from the hotel today 14th June full and honest review. On arrival the hotel is impressive and spotless clean white leather sofas all over ground floor, reception staff efficient but not necessarily friendly the young trainee girl was very helpful and nice 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits . The rooms (junior suite with pool view) are spacious for 2 people with a large balcony.
The restaurant is down stairs accessible by lift if needed.
I used a wheelchair and every single staff member couldn't have been nicer and more helpful especially SIMON an absolute delightful young man nothing was to much trouble. The head chef was very visible at every meal. There was a very varied menu and salad bar. The biggest disappointment was the food served in the in-house Indian restaurant it was awful. An authentic Indian chef would be worth his weight in gold. The staff in the bar also work very hard and can make an excellent cocktail.
My suggestion to management would be
1) an information sheet with relevant information as not everyone has a scan on their phone
2) a selection of tea coffee in the room for people arriving rather than having to trail to the bar after a long journey.
On the whole the hotel is very good their greatest asset is the staff who work there
