I've visited here 3 times now. Always a friendly reception from all staff. The rooms are brilliant clean spacious and a pool view. The restaurant has a very varied buffet menu from around the world and Spanish food, clean and well set out. The pool clean but cold very cold in October.
The beach is a short walk down the hill nice and easy, (a little bit of a climb back up though.) Lovely beach front plenty of bars and food places. Nightlife is exciting and can be exotic. Something for everyone to enjoy.

Came here for 4 night stay with the wife. Lovely clean hotel. Room was very comfortable and cool in the evening. Food options for all meals were plentiful and there was always a good meal to be had. Pool nice and poolside bar had excellent service with good freshly cooked snack options.
Beach was a straightforward easy 8-10 min walk and you're close enough to all the action while being far away enough from it not to become overbearing.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

When here for the New year with friends. Had lovely was surprised with the weather . It was very nice around the 16 degrees and only one day with some rain. The staff were lovely friendly and helpful. Food was great. The drinks were fine but only local drinks were free. Thinking of going back in March. It is at the top of a hill so a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are suites so seating area and bedroom and bathroom with a large balcony.

Just arrived home from a week's stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely. Bright, modern and clean with extremely friendly and attentive staff (Claire on reception and waiters/bar staff Alex and Matthew are worth mentioning as they were brill). The Select upgrade is well worth it with a private sun terrace and serve yourself bar with premium beer, spirits and soft drinks.
The food was standard for an all inclusive in a hotel of this size. Not a lot of vegetarian options and if you like fish and seafood you'll be ok!
One issue for us was the lifts! One out of 2 lifts that serviced our floor level was out od service all week, and whilst it may not seem like a big issue, at peak times such as meal times you could be waiting up to 10mins for the lift.
Very loud at night. Could hear music pumping into the early hours even from the 20th floor. We had to sleep with patio doors open as it was warm and no air con until May ...
Overall, a good hotel with great staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Comprehensive Review – Sandos Benidorm Suites
If you like your holidays clean, comfy, and slightly boozy before noon, this place might be your spiritual home 🍾😄
First impressions? Spotlessly clean.
🛏️ Rooms – Massive & Brilliant
The rooms are huge – more like small apartments:
Proper living area
Separate bedroom
Two patio doors leading to a double balcony
We were on Level 24 with cracking views over the sea 🌊
👩🍳 Staff – Genuinely Lovely
Every single member of staff was:
Friendly
Helpful
Cheerful
And not in that forced “hotel smile” way
From reception to bar staff to maids – if your request is reasonable, they’ll do their best to help. Refreshing to see 👍
🍳 Food – All Inclusive (But Actually Decent!)
We don’t normally do all-inclusive a but breakfast was excellent:
Proper English breakfasts
Real British sausages
Black pudding (yes, really!)
Prosecco if you’re feeling classy at 9am 🥂
Help-yourself wine and beer
Yes, the all-inclusive food can get a bit repetitive (as it does everywhere), but:
They clearly try hard to vary it
Always a carvery station with different meats each day
Plenty of choice
🍹 Drinks
Cocktails are sometimes pre-mixed
But they’ll happily make them properly if you ask
Beer is Cruzcampo – perfectly drinkable 🍺
Local spirits included
Branded spirits available if you fancy upgrading
You won’t be blown away… but you also won’t feel robbed.
🎤 Entertainment – Fine, Not Vegas
Evening entertainment is:
Okay
Watchable
Not exactly Broadway
But honestly, you’re in Benidorm – the bright lights and madness are right outside if you want more excitement 🎉
🏖️ Location – Easy Walk to the Beach
About 15 minutes walk straight down to the beach.
Easy stroll – unless you’ve overdone it on the all-
inclusive 😅
🏨 Sister Hotel Comparison
Lots of guests return again and again – which says everything about the place.
The sister hotel, Sandos Monaco, is adults-only and a bit more refined…
…but honestly?
If I had to choose again, I’d still pick the Suites. More space, more relaxed, better vibe.
✅ Final Verdict
Fantastic hotel. Clean, friendly, great rooms, decent food, good value.
Would happily return 👍🌞
