Wow, just amazing. But why……….. My wife fell ill on our first day here and ended up in hospital. So that left me with two looked after children in a place I’ve never been to. Every day the staff stopped me to ask how she was doing. I’m going to point out the two Clair’s on reception at this point. Thank you lady’s. My wife did make a full recovery and we ended up staying seventeen days. When it became apparent we were not going home on the planned fights in stepped Nicky the hotel rep. She could see I was falling apart the stress of it all. Two hours later she had phoned everyone and got us an extension at the hotel. Nicky, you saved my life. All the other staff from the cleaners to the bar and kitchen staff are so friendly and very professional. The hotel is very clean, the food is excellent and only a ten minute walk to the beech and the heart of Benidorm. We will definitely be coming again.

Service - 5/5 Amazing service, especially from the ones who work at the buffet and bar. And very helpful and nice staff. Food - 3/5 The food was good, but not a lot of vegetarian options. Some halal options👍 Clean and good food. If u eat everything then the food options are very good. Room - 2/5 The room was okey, very cold when I was there from 23.03-28.03 Somethings were dirty from the day we arrived: -Some pillow had spots. -Cutlery was dirty and it never got changed even when i told the reception. -Asked reception for towels, but they said I need to wait for the next day for the cleaning women to come:/ -BUT very nice and cute cleaning lady. Entertainment 7/10 Fun entertainment for young kids. Fun and good entertainment for adults, but not any good entertainment for teens.

The staff here were really lovely and helpful, especially a Receptionist called Claire. The room had a few things that needed to be addressed but it didn't spoil our time there. The food was good and there was always something to choose from. Valentines evening was lovely; a pianist by the entrance to the dining room/restaurant; a rose for each lady, and heart shaped deserts. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Benidorm from the hotel, but it faces the place where the Market is held on a Sunday. We really enjoyed our time here and would probably stay here again if we go to Benidorm again in the future.

Don’t ask why I was in Benidorm!! Anyway Good location at the back of the resort of Benidorm. It’s a ten to eleven minute walk to the front. Same to the slums (bars) and fifteen to twenty mins to the old town and beyond. If you want closer, book closer! Great hotel, lovely rooms, comfy beds, reasonable variety of food! Reasonable snacks to feed your calorie intake and good drinks included (all inclusive option). Shocking cheesy entertainment but some love that so it’s whatever floats your boat! Would I go back to this hotel? 100% yes… quite possibly not Benidorm though 🙃 Good pub outside the hotel called the Titanic.

Enjoyed a last minute stay for 5 nights at this hotel in January (out of season). There are 4 lifts to get to the rooms, split with 2 for even floors and 2 for odd floors. Majority of the time this worked really well and we didn’t have to wait for long before we got a lift. Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk straight down to the beachfront. It is slightly inclined on the way back. Room; The room was a good size and plenty big enough for me, my partner & our baby. The balcony was huge with a view right down to the beach! The only issue we had with our room was the handle used to control the shower broke off on our second to last day, but we told reception this and by midday it was replaced with a new shower! Food; The main restaurant food was the best we’ve had in an all inclusive! The restaurant itself is a tad small so you can’t expect tonnes of choice, but what they do have is delicious and there’s something new every meal. They even have a section of vegetarian friendly dishes! Honestly wouldn’t bother with the Indian restaurant. The decor was lovely and the onion bhaji starters were the best we’ve ever had. Unfortunately that wasn’t a sign of what was to follow and we ended up walking out to go the other restaurant when the mains were delivered (we weren’t the only ones to do that, and the waiter could only apologise). Facilities; With visiting out of season we didn’t have the opportunity to check out the rest of the facilities.
