Rooms are fantastic and spacious, bathroom facilities are also very good

Negatives?
The one area that this resort lets itself down is the “obsession” that some of the restaurant staff have with the fact you must book a table before you eat there. Most would understand and allow you to eat, but having stayed there on the weekend just gone, we had a regrettable situation where even though the restaurant was less than 25% full, a couple of our touring party were told that they must get their food and eat outside (even in the pouring rain and wind that was around?) Just shows a lack of common sense to me!!
Again mostly great experience had by all 12 of our party, but the attitude by a minority of the senior restaurant staff means I can’t give the resort a 5 star review.

Very handy place to stay, next to Salgados golf course. Transfers to their other 2 courses.
Bars adequate, all inclusive buffet food in restaurants OK but not as good as other places, always not hot enough.
Be careful if it rains as accommodation floors get very slippery.

Check in process was quick and efficient but our room was not ready ,the location of the resort is remote but extremely clean , beautiful layout and palm tree heaven ! The room is spacious ,comfortable bed and cleaned thoroughly day to day ! Pools are on the cold side but refreshing ! The food and drinks are underwhelming and surprised that not much/no local Portuguese cuisine is served .tables are cleaned quickly and staff are friendly ! Perfect holiday for family’s but not so much for a couple ! Did enjoy my stay but would not come back !

We stayed 2 weeks all inclusive good points and bad rooms staff fabulous food was always warm as this has lot of people staying 3 nites or short breaks to play golf nitetime got very loud and not nice if you stay for golf ok wouldn't recomend for relaxing nitetime .couldn't even watch the singers at nite due to the noise. Bit overwhelming for us .but like say during day good .

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had money stolen from my wallet by cleaners. Reported to management who avoided any confrontation with me, tried to make an appointment with me after my check out time, refused to deal with the matter, refused to forward my complaint to senior management or make any sort of acknowledgment of the theft. Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here. Exceptionally disappointing. If I could do zero stars I would
