Overall the hotel is nice, not 5* though.
Well kept premises. Very clean. The hotel has a private beach, with all services which was very convenient. The main pool is salted water pool. The breakfast was great, everything of high standard and quality. The check in process was smooth with drinks offered while waiting. The rooms are clean and spacious. A little bit outdated, but still very comfortable.
A lot of stairs between the villas. We received a room with 2 flights of stip stairs although we were traveling with a baby.
The jacuzzi bath in the garden was broken, and a technician was sent on the 2nd day. He was not able to repair the bath, but he was working on it in the garden every day for the rest of our stay, which was somewhat uncomfortable.
Attention- chech your charges at the checkout. The pool stuff forged the tip amount by x3 for our order at the pool, which I discovered at the checkout and was then corrected at reception. Also there were minibar charges for 2 rooms, while we did not use the minibar. These were canceled immediately by the reception, after we checked our bill before the checkout.
Don't order food at the pool, the quality is bad. The nuggets and the burger for example were not properly cooked.

I am extremely upset leaving St. John’s in Mykonos. They do not prioritize the feelings of the guests in the slightest, the experience I’ve had with customer service has been appalling. We spent over $1000 on our few days here. Upon check in, we asked if we could have some toast at the breakfast buffet while waiting for our room, they wanted to charge us 60€ despite all the food getting thrown away. They finally agreed to let us have some small items while we waited. Upon check out, they not only firmly charged us for that despite saying they wouldn’t, but they added on over 100€ of taxes that were not previously discussed. An action as simple as sticking to their word and allowing us the “breakfast” (i say that in quotes because it was hardly a breakfast that we had) to be complimentary would have made us feel so much better about the extra charges. Such a simple, cost effective action could have encouraged us to come back or at the very least gave us some good things to say to our friends when they ask about where they should stay in Mykonos. “The customer is always right” Mindset certainly does not exist here. It’s very disappointing. The staff should take notes about how to keep their clients coming back because they certainly need some training in that department. The rooms were beautiful. I will admit that, but when spending this type of money you deserve to be treated better.

Clean, spacious room with a good view. Service and amenities were great. Everyone was friendly. Shuttle available to take you into town each night was a plus. They also provided airport shuttle pickup and drop off free of charge.

Great Breakfast options, great dinner and best prawns saganaki i ever tried, great sunset view, tasty drinks and good pool. Staff is friendly and helpful, except Nikolas at the reception, who was not interested in offering any help in solving the issue we had and on top being arogant. Roxane’s welcome and help at the check in and Eleonora along with other members of the team in entire hotel during our short stay saved it all. Advice to management, replace Nikolas from reception. No clue of customer service.
Our bathroom was drowning after shower, had to put towels everywhere. Otherwise all good.
Overall, would come back. Enjoyed our stay there.

My husband and I came here for day pass access and it was an amazing choice! The water here is beautiful, the hotel feels smaller which is so cool in such a crowdedplace. It was peaceful at the beach access which is exactly what we were looking for, along with plenty of shade or sun if you want sun. The included lunch was PHENOMENAL and one of my favorite meals of our time in Greece. I highly recommend the sea bass.
There is a lot of steeper stairs and inclines around property to be aware of if you face trouble walking. One would expect this most anywhere however due to Mykonos being very mountainous.
