Delicious food, you need to be careful.how much you eat:) great pool, friendly service and reception Staff attending to all our requests. And a cherry on top of the cake- professional friendly and charming aqua gym Gigi. We had a blast at his sessions! This will be an unforgettable experience!

This is truly the best hotel I have been to in Tenerife!
This is one of the few places where you can see the neighbouring island, stunning sunsets, cliffs, while being in a quiet city (no crazy parties) so you can actually listen to the sound of waves that travels all the way up the hill. We have visited in 2015 and again in 2025. Not much changed, but everything is extremely well maintained. Super clean! Breakfasts are great, you should totally go at least once. Exquisite food, champagne if you like, large selection of food and drinks.
I have only positive things to say about this hotel! It was totally full during our stay, but it was barely noticeable because of how it’s built.

Our stay at Royal Sun Resorts in Los Gigantes, Tenerife, was absolutely wonderful. This was our second visit – we were here two years ago – and we are happy to say that everything is still just as excellent as it was back then.
Once again, the service was fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable in every detail. The food is delicious, varied, and prepared to a very high standard.
Royal Sun Resorts continues to deliver great quality, and we felt truly well taken care of. We are very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect place to relax on Tenerife.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious for a standard unit. It has a big, private terrace that isn’t visible to neighbours. Both the bathroom and shower area are very roomy. The internet speed sits around 20–30 Mbps, which is more than enough for streaming or remote work. There are three sunbeds available, so it can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. The staff are great and very welcoming. The pool area is on the smaller side, but it’s clean and refreshing. Most of the visitors seemed to be older adults and families, and the place wasn’t crowded at all. There’s also a supermarket and cigarette machines inside the property. I only stayed for one night, but for €135 it felt like a great deal.

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Sun Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference to our experience.
Our apartment was lovely and perfect for the four of us (two couples). The air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom was impressively huge and spacious. The pool area was well maintained and provided a lovely spot to relax.
A special mention must go to the breakfast buffet - it was incredible and we'd highly recommend adding this to your stay. We got into a great routine of eating breakfast at the hotel each morning, having lunch out while exploring, then cooking in the apartment each evening (we used the room service menu one evening, which was great value and delicious).
The location proved to be a great base for exploring the island with a hire car, and the local area itself was fantastic.
The only downside was that the kitchen felt quite dated with some very old appliances. We encountered a leaky kettle and a few items that were difficult to use or broken, but we managed to work around these issues.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The combination of excellent staff, comfortable accommodation, fantastic breakfast, and great location made for a memorable stay.
