Extremely cool views from room and really big private terrace where you don't think you are in a hotel because it's so private made. The room was also very big and there were also a kitchen which is nice. The breakfast was also very good and the upper terrace has also amazing views. Staff was very friendly and helpful in organization for tours etc. Also the gym was nice 🙂. Best place to stay in my opinion in the whole region south to west. Thanks very much

Just home from a fab holiday at this hotel. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis in apartments with kitchen. Although the kitchen decor looks a little dated, the condition and state of the whole apartment is excellent with what you need for part self catering.
The staff are really lovely and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. No hesitation in making sure my food was coeliac safe too.
The views are spectacular, facilities fantastic (gym is well equipped), you are never rushed with anything and staff are friendly and helpful. We also won a bottle of champagne on quiz night!!
Staff treated you like old friends and so many of them deserve a mention; Natalia on reception was really helpful for all queries, even last minute ones!
Manuel in the bar and the restaurant, makes the most wonderful specialised cocktails and his sense of humour is fab!
Hector and Jason were also friendly and helpful.
Apologies but I didn't get other names; both ladies in the shop, restaurant staff, the activities chap, housekeeping. Everyone was so nice.
I would definitely recommend a holiday here for the view, service, food, drinks, service, cleanliness, helpfulness, facilities and this spectacular balconies!!

Be warned building work going on at this hotel which TUi didn’t warn us about. Apartments are tired but clean and spacious and hotel is generally good. However apartments above been renovated so expect banging and drilling with builders looking down on to your balcony. We booked this hotel for a quiet chilled week which we didn’t get. We had to move room as couldn’t spend any time in our apartment. Staff are great though and pool and views are very good. Food is average and we ventured out and found some great restaurants for lunch and so didn’t rely on dinner. Holiday could have been excellent but ruined by 9am drilling with hotel saying TUI should have warned us and TUI saying hotel should have!

Beautiful views and amazing balconies! The rooms are spacious and clean!
We paid for an extra night in order to guarantee we had the room early for our baby and when we arrived the room wasn’t ready. I spoke to the staff and they credited my account for the room, due to it not being ready. Wonderful service, truly appreciate their effort.
