A huge thank you for yet another amazing stay at this hotel! In my view the best view Tenerife has to offer. I love that each morning one can enjoy a quiet coffee on the humongous terrace - quiet as everyone pops out to simply take in all the beauty of Los Gigantes and the ocean. I always take the luxury apartment with jacuzzi on the terrace - I don't need to hype it up more than this - worth every cent. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. A million thank yous to Cristina the resto manager for always taking care of me and to everyone for the smiles! The food in both restaurants is fresh and with lots of choice for all tastes. See you soon again!

5 off us stayed, the place is great the views are great and the staff are great. The reason 3 stars is simply because the bed dipped in the middle dramatically, where you can see it when your not even in it, making a good night sleep difficult and sore in the morning. Brought this up with the staff and told its normal where and tear, so it's normal. Spoke to the manager was offered another room but in a more awkward place in the hotel than where we currently where and with one less bathroom. I could upgrade to a more luxurious room but was like another 1500 euros. Honestly I did love the place but would not return due to this.

Just spent a very happy 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Los Gigantes is such a gorgeous place, huge mountains and gorgeous sea views. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was really big (especially the balcony) and clean and the kitchen was well equipped for holiday needs. The huge walk in shower was a nice treat too. The breakfast was genuinely lovely, a lot of choice and the food was really tasty. The best bit of the hotel is definitely its staff though, the housekeepers worked so hard, the reception staff were very friendly and Rocio, Oliver and their colleagues in the breakfast and buffet restaurant were always really kind, warm and accomodating. Guillaume on entertainment around the pool offered games and chat and Roberto the lifeguard was so helpful and friendly, coping with the energetic kids with great patience and kindness. Would definitely recommend and we'll try and return too. If you have mobility issues, the hotel has lifts and ramps but you would probably need to rely on taxis a bit to get down to the local bars and restaurants near the marina or further round the coast in Puerto de Santiago but they are reasonably priced and plentiful. It's not the right resort if you're looking for nightclubs and nightlife till 3am but it is full of lovely restaurants and bars.

Extremely cool views from room and really big private terrace where you don't think you are in a hotel because it's so private made. The room was also very big and there were also a kitchen which is nice. The breakfast was also very good and the upper terrace has also amazing views. Staff was very friendly and helpful in organization for tours etc. Also the gym was nice 🙂. Best place to stay in my opinion in the whole region south to west. Thanks very much

Just home from a fab holiday at this hotel. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis in apartments with kitchen. Although the kitchen decor looks a little dated, the condition and state of the whole apartment is excellent with what you need for part self catering.
The staff are really lovely and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. No hesitation in making sure my food was coeliac safe too.
The views are spectacular, facilities fantastic (gym is well equipped), you are never rushed with anything and staff are friendly and helpful. We also won a bottle of champagne on quiz night!!
Staff treated you like old friends and so many of them deserve a mention; Natalia on reception was really helpful for all queries, even last minute ones!
Manuel in the bar and the restaurant, makes the most wonderful specialised cocktails and his sense of humour is fab!
Hector and Jason were also friendly and helpful.
Apologies but I didn't get other names; both ladies in the shop, restaurant staff, the activities chap, housekeeping. Everyone was so nice.
I would definitely recommend a holiday here for the view, service, food, drinks, service, cleanliness, helpfulness, facilities and this spectacular balconies!!
