We stayed here for 6 days with our 2 young kids and had a lovely time overall. The resort is huge with plenty of activities for both adults and children. The view is stunning, and the staff, from reception to cleaning and bar service, were all super friendly and helpful.
We tried the spa and massages, highly recommended! My 7-year-old had a kids’ massage and even fell asleep during it. The only downside was that the massage room felt a bit cold, possibly due to the air conditioning.
There’s a Spar supermarket right outside the resort, which was super convenient for snacks, essentials, or baby items.
The kids also enjoyed the mini farm near the resort entrance with goats and chickens, a fun surprise! However, the enclosures were quite small, and I do hope the resort will improve the space and care for the animals.
Food at the hotel was average, not bad, but not exceptional. The outdoor pools were clean but quite cold for young children. There is an indoor pool, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay in June. I was told it usually closes at the end of May, so we must have just missed it.
Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxed family vacation. We would recommend it, especially for families with kids, just come prepared for a bit of walking and cooler pools!

We have just returned from a 10 day break. The hotel is big but the facilities are great, lots of places to eat, 4 large swimming pools to choose from, no 5am dash for sunbeds as there are plenty around the pools. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team work very hard making sure there are activities for everyone, the shows they put on in the evening are very professional, thank you for all of your hard work making our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Just got back from spending 10 days here. We had a wonderful holiday, all the staff we spoke to were pleasant and couldn't do enough for us.
Our rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean and recently re-decorated.
The pools were a tad cold however most welcome from sitting in the sun all day and once you were in you soon warmed up.
The entertainment staff were fabulous, we were all adults but still plenty to do even for us.
The food was lovely a wide variation to suit most people. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the restaurants on site they were free on the all inclusive package and the food was delicious.
Overall a fantastic time and would definately return.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff are incredible, so polite and working tirelessly to ensure a wonderful stay. Lots of pools to choose from. Location is great for bus service. There is a steep hill on the driveway to tackle to and from the hotel. The spirits are all big brands but the soft drinks are overly sweet. Food is okay but all very clean.

Came for a weeks holiday 5 adults and 1 infant (16 months old). When we got there we was originally in a room quite far away from any of the entertainment and pools and restaurants. We emailed a week before arriving for a cot to be in our room on arrival as we landed late. There was no cot in the room on arrival , this was eventually sorted after waiting 45 minutes. Our room had a balcony with stairs and access to a road which was unsuitable with a child so asked for a move. The staff were helpful and got us into a new room with no trouble. The new room was brilliant our little girl was able to play on the balcony without worrying she was going to fall down the stairs and we were close to all the amenities. All the staff we spoke to were lovely. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner wasn’t amazing but we found the snack bars to be the best. Especially the ones with gyros. Disappointed we didn’t get to explore the hotel more, it was huge and only had 7 days. Plenty of pools to choose from and always plenty of sunbeds around. They had 3 play areas for kids which came in handy. Was a lovely stay
