The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's so clean and welcoming.
The staff work so hard, cleaners are out all hours of the day making sure everywhere is spotless.
The food is absolutely amazing, always something for everyone.
I would absolutely return, my family have had the best time, we don't want to go home!

We stayed here for 6 days with our 2 young kids and had a lovely time overall. The resort is huge with plenty of activities for both adults and children. The view is stunning, and the staff, from reception to cleaning and bar service, were all super friendly and helpful.
We tried the spa and massages, highly recommended! My 7-year-old had a kids’ massage and even fell asleep during it. The only downside was that the massage room felt a bit cold, possibly due to the air conditioning.
There’s a Spar supermarket right outside the resort, which was super convenient for snacks, essentials, or baby items.
The kids also enjoyed the mini farm near the resort entrance with goats and chickens, a fun surprise! However, the enclosures were quite small, and I do hope the resort will improve the space and care for the animals.
Food at the hotel was average, not bad, but not exceptional. The outdoor pools were clean but quite cold for young children. There is an indoor pool, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay in June. I was told it usually closes at the end of May, so we must have just missed it.
Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxed family vacation. We would recommend it, especially for families with kids, just come prepared for a bit of walking and cooler pools!

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff are incredible, so polite and working tirelessly to ensure a wonderful stay. Lots of pools to choose from. Location is great for bus service. There is a steep hill on the driveway to tackle to and from the hotel. The spirits are all big brands but the soft drinks are overly sweet. Food is okay but all very clean.

The food is amazing, there’s a lot of variety and the hotel is spot on, it is big spacious and a lot of things to do.
The downside is that no one respects the rules, there are kids who shout on pools they should not be into, the relax pool and adults pool has more kids than the kids pool is it unacceptable. The sunbeds even tho you cannot reserve them no one respects it. The reception are very cold and not welcoming enough, also there are kids who knocked on our doors at 00 am. Also the rooms on the booking pictures are not the same, the toilets are old and outdated.
It is a very good hotel but unfortunately these problems lower its rating.

Very disappointing experience — not worth the price
We stayed at Royal & Imperial Belvedere in July 2025 and were truly disappointed, especially considering the price and the recommendation we received from the travel agency.
The hotel is overcrowded and poorly designed — it feels like an old dormitory, with every square meter crammed to the maximum. There are no green areas, no real spaces to walk or relax, and the rooms are directly below the pool area, which makes them very noisy.
The rooms themselves are basic, with low-budget furniture, worn-out sheets, and minimal amenities. There is no beach (despite the impression you might get from the pictures), and they don’t even provide beach towels — you have to bring your own.
The restaurant is by far the biggest disappointment. The food is of the lowest quality, poorly prepared, repetitive, and lacking freshness. All the cheeses taste the same, the cutlery and plates are dirty or chipped, and finding a clean plate is an exception rather than the rule.
The only decent aspect is the variety of spirits at the bar — which seems to be their focus — but beer and wine are very poor quality as well.
In my opinion, this place is worth at most half of what they charge. It might work if you care only about drinking by the pool and don’t mind noise or poor service, but definitely not for families or anyone expecting even basic quality.
