Amazing experience with Royal Belvedere, staff is very friendly and food was very very good. Rooms actually smaller then in pictures but still is plenty of space, sea view is not the greatest as hotel is on levels and see is a bit of distance, but easy to reach with taxi or 10 min in the foot. Greece as always have beautiful scenery, mountains and sea around you with sandy beaches, plenty of attractions for kids with all 6 swimming pools and entertainments. Probably will come back here ☺️☀️☀️☀️

Came for a weeks holiday 5 adults and 1 infant (16 months old). When we got there we was originally in a room quite far away from any of the entertainment and pools and restaurants. We emailed a week before arriving for a cot to be in our room on arrival as we landed late. There was no cot in the room on arrival , this was eventually sorted after waiting 45 minutes. Our room had a balcony with stairs and access to a road which was unsuitable with a child so asked for a move. The staff were helpful and got us into a new room with no trouble. The new room was brilliant our little girl was able to play on the balcony without worrying she was going to fall down the stairs and we were close to all the amenities. All the staff we spoke to were lovely. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner wasn’t amazing but we found the snack bars to be the best. Especially the ones with gyros. Disappointed we didn’t get to explore the hotel more, it was huge and only had 7 days. Plenty of pools to choose from and always plenty of sunbeds around. They had 3 play areas for kids which came in handy. Was a lovely stay

We spent 7 nights at this hotel. Close to restaurants and to loads of souvenir shops. The rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is made of two resorts the Imperial and Belvedere. They put us at the Belvedere I would say not as nice as the Imperial. There were tons of families with kids and at times it was a bit loud across hallways and so forth.
We tried all inclusive for once. The food was good but all inclusive is definitely not our thing since we like to experience different places and restaurants. Overall we like the areas and great views.
You should try the restaurant in the resort that specializes in Greek cuisine especially the lamb Antikristo. You have to pay $25 per person per dinner extra not included in the package but totally worth it.

Brilliant staff. Very friendly and hard working. We had amazing time. Unfortunately, top pool should be adults only! Absolutely disappointed with screaming and shouting kids while it should be chilled and relaxed adult zone.

Our stay at Royal & Imperial Belvedere Resort was a total disappointment, and we strongly advise other travelers to avoid it.
Upon arrival, we found that the first room we were assigned was infested with ants. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but it also had the same problem. The hotel clearly has major issues with cleanliness and pest control.
We were traveling with four young children, one of whom has autism, and the presence of ants caused him significant distress. The staff did not handle the situation properly, and we were only offered a 10% refund through Booking.com, which is an insult given the severity of the issue.
Another major disappointment was the food. The quality of the food was poor, and the menu was repetitive with the same options served every day. It was not only bland but lacked variety, making it difficult to enjoy meals during our stay.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations in any way. The unsanitary conditions, lack of proper customer service, and terrible food made our vacation a nightmare. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
