Great view, great food, especially the all day snack bar is a nice touch.
Unfortunately the cocktails and wine in the all inclusive program were undrinkable. This should definitely be improved.
We stayed end of October, so the hotel was not full. Maybe a little more attention to cleanliness to the pool areas would be nice

We had 2 weeks at this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. From Animation team,hotel staff were all friendly and helpful in all departments. Room was comfy clean well serviced daily. The restaurant was perfect something different everyday. Food was excellent 👌 outside the pools and bars where very good. Overall recommended 💯 per cent. Happy holidays. 😎✈️🏝🌅

We stayed in a family room that worked well for a family of five with three kids. Our visit was at the end of the season, in October, and while the days were warm the pools are not heated, so the kids didn't swim as much as they might have. The all-inclusive food buffets were well stocked and perfectly fine, and they have a Crete-food buffet each night at dinner.

Lovely hotel and staff are always very helpful and happy. Food is plentiful and available all day.
Rooms cleaned daily and towels replaced daily along with bedding.
No problem finding a sunbed around the pools or you can tuck yourself away on a raised terrace area away from the pools.
Entertainment staff work hard all day firstly with the children and then later with the evening entertainment.
Some rooms are down the lot of steps and while there are some ramps they're fairly steep.
They have a little traditional Greek restaurant on site that you can book in to which is lovely too.
The restaurant manager, Kostas, is always asking if there is anything that is not good...which is good as it shows he's always looking to be better.
They provide a free shuttle to the nearest beach and a taxi to the local port/harbour is 8-10 euros.
Overall had a great holiday and would definitely return.

I dont even know where to start with this place other then the fact I would highly recommend it. There's not one bad thing about it. The food is spot on for a all inclusive especially the snack bars by the pools. Large variety of all inclusive drinks available. The pizzas that they make are beautiful cooked in a pizza oven.
The rooms are spotless and the hotel is kept to a very high standard all the workers are really friendly. There's also a really good choice of swimming pools from indoor, outdoor, children's, and paddling.
Leaving the hotel you are straight onto hersonissos promenade full of shops and plenty of things to do also straight onto the beaches, water parks, restaurants and other amenities.
The cleaner who was cleaning our room did a fantastic job she would even take the time to make fans or little square folds in my daughter bed sheets and lay her dolls on the pillow asif they where sleeping.
The chefs at the snack bar it's unbelievable how hard they work to keep the food coming and to be able to send it out at such a good standard.
My daughter also enjoyed kids club to.
Brilliant holiday for us and will 100% be coming back for another visit.
