Do not come here if your younger than 40 years of age
Do not come here if you have children especially picky eaters!
We stayed for 5 nights was a terrible experience, nothing is as it says!
There is no point of all inclusive as the drinks are limited, the food is horrible,it’s all a bunch of mush there isn’t even fries or anything that would accommodate for picky eaters other than bread and butter!
It is definitely some type of pensioners hotel no offence it is FULL of old people every bad review is correct! My partners jewellery was taken from the room after we had the do not disturb sign on and when we spoke to reception they then sent the cleaners back the next day to ask can they come in and look. On top of that when the jewellery was took they didn’t even clean the room the only made the bed and then told us if we don’t have proof they can’t accuse the staff and then proceeded to ask for the certificate which came with the jewellery!
It’s pushing a 3/5!
Everyone looks bored you have to pay for everything the all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm and the pick and choose when ur all inclusive can be used. Food isn’t very hot the best thing about the hotel is probably them driving us up to our room.
Literally nothing to do
The snack bar isn’t open, either is the cafe that’s supposed to all inclusive
Overall it’s just a bad hotel do not come!
We ordered food ever night because there was a longggg line every day for dinner + the wait is not worth it for the food they serve!
Multiple staff members have agreed that the hotel is not up to 5* standards and I personally think that’s enough said
(Added the picture of the line one night)

Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus). The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds. Breakfast had loads of options, from fruit and yogurt to proper fried eggs, fuel for a full day of exploring. Location’s solid too, a short ride into Rhodes town so you get both quiet vibes and nightlife when you want it. Staff were friendly and helped sort a taxi for us when our plans changed last minute. Good value for what you get, would totally go back. 10/10. Anastasia from guest relations - yamas. Very friendly, very professional.

An amazing experience!!! My partner and I's trip was right in the middle of August, and even with it being the high-season, everything was top notch. The view is gorgeous, the food is great, the rooms and common areas luxurious, and the staff is pristine. Ms Eirini at the VIP lounge was especially welcoming and accommodating. The spa is very nice as well. The location offers proximity to the city centre w/o all the noise of one, and a plethora of amazing restaurants in walkable distance (it is quite a walk to the city centre though so a car/cab/etc is preferable in that case). There are also small shops in the hotel which is very convenient and their staff is really kind as well. We barely got to see half of what the hotel has to offer, but everything we did was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!!!

Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace.
Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom..
Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve.
Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience. Staff very busy of course but not much welcome, a few were good...During the time we were there, there were 2 conferences a wedding, and then a Chess tournament ...
Obviously this increased the numbers at mealtime, significantly.
A la Carte Restaurant was good and staff lovely, only wish the 'oriental' meal had been chinese, though the Italian was very good.
Staff elsewhere were very hit or miss as to attitude ! Completely 'blanked' my brother at the bar 1 night, even though he was trying to make conversation with them.
Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar
being very nasty.
Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend. I get it some people enjoyed it, but the bad outweighed the good for us.

Overall, this is a lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, the facilities are amazing (for the most part), and the staff are lovely. There are however a couple of really minor and stupid niggles that stopped my stay here from being a flawless experience - I'll try and break down the good and bad below:
Good:
- The location - only €10 taxi to the old town, right on a fantastic beach, and less than 30 minutes from the airport. There are several excellent restaurants and bars in the local area, and if you hire a car it's easy to reach Lindos or several other attractions in less than an hour.
- The facilities - the hotel has several pools (including an indoor one), plenty of loungers (although as usual these are taken quite early in the morning), a large games room with pool, air hockey and arcade games, a foot spa, several bars and restaurants (including a poolside bar), various bookable tours that depart from the hotel itself, and even a car hire desk in the reception area (from which it was cheap, easy and quick to hire a car for several days). There is an onsite supermarket, scooter/quad bike hire, and a wellness spa/gym (which I admittedly didn't use). There is entertainment every evening with table service in the indoor pool seating area.
- The buffet food - the buffet food was uniformly excellent here. It was always fresh and tasty, with a great range of food available. By far the best buffet hotel food I've had anywhere.
Bad:
- Room service / minibar / tea & coffee - we booked ultra all inclusive & a premium room, so when we arrived the mini bar (fridge) had 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of Fanta. There was tea, instant coffee, and 2 coffee pods for the machine. Room service DO NOT replenish any of this. On inquiry, we could had the tea/coffee replenished but we'd have to pay for them + a €10 charge for someone to come and do it!
Even the cheapest hotels elsewhere provide a daily restock of cheap tea and coffee. I should not have to buy a pint of milk and a €2 box of tea bags for my room.
- The "a la carte" restaurant - as part of ultra all inclusive you can book 3 sittings in the premium a la carte restaurant. This gets booked out quickly, so only managed to book 1 night - the Italian menu. We were really looking forward to this.
The menu is very small, and several dishes attract an extra charge: not necessarily an issue if the food is good. However, it's appalling. The selection of Italian starters were rubbish (an ok Caesar salad (which is Mexican), a terrible caprese salad, a few other anonymous dishes, and a basket of dried bread with no oil and no balsamic, just a pot of cheap mayonnaise).
The main course we selected was slow cooked beef in red wine with a risotto Milanese - and it's by far the worst thing I've ever been served in a restaurant. The beef was grey and cotton wooly, and had clearly never been near any red wine. The risotto was massively overcooked - it resembled tinned Ambrosia rice pudding, with less texture. They'd then poured about a half pint of single cream over the entire thing, masking what little flavour the dish had, and doubling down on the rice pudding feel. Tasteless cream-drenched slop with overboiled beef on it. The only time I've not only sent a dish back, but told them that the meal so far had been so poor I was jut going to leave and eat elsewhere.
- Checkout - nothing to say here apart from the fact it took an hour. Only 2 receptionists dealing with checkout (Saturday morning so lots of people were checking in), and for some reason it takes 6-7 minutes per group. We almost missed our transfer. Why it takes so long I've no idea.
Overall, I can still recommend this hotel - we had a lovely holiday. Book a premium room with a sea view, eat at the buffet restaurant (or the nearby Rodos Gardens, a fantastic restaurant), hire a car, and explore Rhodes, it's a beautiful island. Skip the a la carte rubbish, checkout early, and bring your own tea bags.
