Rocas Blancas Apartment Complex is heaven on earth. The views regardless of what room you get are out of this world, perfect sun bathing areas and the swimming pool is maintained to perfection. The staff are so incredibly helpful and generous, including the receptionist who went out of her way to get us availability for late check out, which meant the world to us! The cleaning staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly, they are always smiling and their smiles are contagious!! Really cannot wait to come back to these apartments, made my first time in Lanzarote stress free! Thank you!

Not expensive. Great location, just off the main area, 1 minute walk and no up hills. Can’t hear any noise in the apartment. No air conditioning but the fans have three settings and were great and to be honest less noisy than air conditioning. Went end of May so maybe not as hot, but only set fan to medium. Pool lovely and rooms large and living kitchen area great. We had 3 apartments booked and the living kitchen area allowed us all to meet up.

The property was well-situated, and we found it very easily. The 161 bus from the airport stops virtually outside, with a large sign advertising the complex just above the main entrance. The main courtyard features a pool and reception. There are plenty of sun loungers for guests, and there’s even a small terrace just above reception, providing a bit more privacy away from the pool. Our room was a typical Mediterranean room with tiled floors, a small terrace outside, and modest but clean furnishings. The staff were very polite, and before arriving, they advised us that our keys could be collected from the small bar just outside the hotel entrance due to our late arrival time. We did this and completed check-in the following morning. The only event that made our stay less enjoyable was about 3 am when I woke up to go to the bathroom. I was faced with a large roach, which I managed to get rid of. After that, I could safely say we never saw another one in the apartment or anywhere on the complex. However, it did give me and my friend a fright, lol. Overall, I would definitely come back here.

I've stayed here for 13 years the staff are all t same so trustworthy and friendly the location is ideal beach front central to bars restaurants etc it's spotless and so quite a relaxing but the lady on receptionist monia is always so friendly and will try to accommodate you in any inquiries you may have she has a lovely manner with elderly people or anyone with a disability I've seen her myself on a few occasions helping people she is the friendly front of house here i stay 2 times a year I love it a home from home I will be bk in Nov would not stay anywhere else

Rocas Blancas apartments are very clean, modern, and well equipped with all mod cons. Its location is perfect in the centre of the strip in PDC with an abundance of restaurants, bars & shops a minute away. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is just across the road. There is a 24-hour taxi rank outside the apartments, too, and a frequent bus service.
