I just want to say me and my family had the most amazing time at RIU Dubai we went in September to celebrate my 21st with my family. The staff are all amazing but the one person that stuck out the most was the beautiful Josephine (works at the buffet in the outside area) she made our stay so much better that we want to come back just to see her! It took us a while to post a review but I’ve finally had the chance too now I want to post this review because she deserves all the recognition. One day we decided to eat breakfast outside which Josephine had served us - such a polite wonderful women. The next day we decided to sit outside again which Josephine then served us again and she stood out so much she remembered all our drinks from the day before which made us all amazed and smile such amazing service! Ever since then we made sure we sat outside so we could see Josephine she always had a smile on her face and we couldn’t wait to see her. Such a hard working lady who made our stay 110% better. It was lovely to grow a friendship with her and speak to her whenever we could. The last day we left we didn’t want to leave her she made our days so much better (we even cried she meant that much to us in such little time) a true friendship!. We are definitely coming back because we all miss her so much!
If you decide to go stay at the Rui not only is the food choice great, all the staff are polite and wonderful the place is very clean but to see Josephine your stay will be very much worth it.
Josephine you are so strong and amazing keep being the wonderful person you are and we can’t wait to see you again in the future ❤️

The hotel is located in Dubai Islands, an area still under development, so there isn’t much around at the moment but it’s clearly evolving quickly. Despite this, the experience at the hotel itself more than made up for it.
Every team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The hotel was kept exceptionally clean and tidy at all times, and the staff's dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference, contributing to a memorable stay.
A special thank you to Orisbel and Amisha at Reception, who were extremely helpful throughout. I’d also like to recognize the team at the main restaurant Khun, Yoon, and Bipana who made us feel welcome every single day. And a very special mention goes to Sergio, who is simply outstanding. Always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond he truly stands out.
What impressed me most was the consistent level of hospitality across all departments. It’s rare to experience such a high standard across the board, and I truly believe the entire team deserves special recognition.
The only downside I noticed wasn’t about the hotel itself but rather some guests’ behavior, such as throwing cigarette butts and plastic on the sand. It’s unfortunate, and I hope more effort will be made to encourage respectful behavior toward the environment.
Overall, a fantastic stay I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Riu Dubai, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. Traveling with children can be challenging, but the hotel made everything easy, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish.
The all-inclusive package was one of the highlights. The food selection was abundant, fresh, and varied throughout the day. Whether it was international cuisine, themed dinners, or kid-friendly options, every meal felt satisfying and well-prepared. We especially appreciated the constant availability of snacks and drinks, which kept both adults and kids happy.
The hotel’s facilities were perfect for families. The pools, slides, and children’s areas provided endless entertainment, and the atmosphere was safe, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm attitude made a big difference, especially when traveling with kids. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
Overall, Hotel Riu Dubai delivered a wonderful all-inclusive family experience. The combination of great food, thoughtful amenities, and a fun, family-oriented environment made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a stress-free holiday in Dubai.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff are super friendly and professional.
The food is exceptional in all the restaurants especially in the Asian.
Menish at the pool bar is exceptional, I needed a cocktail with no sugar and he was very quick to make something that tasted fantastic. The swim up bar needs more stalls, as you either have to stand or kneel at the swim up tables provided. What let's this hotel down is the evening entertainment which is at best 1*. We stayed for 3 nights. First evening it was the White Party. This wasn't entertainment, it was basically you were, asked to wear white clothing and then the entertainment staff then tried to drag you up to dance. Rock Station evening was ok, but we've stayed at 3 different Riu hotels and it's exactly the same show! Surely Riu can be more creative. Then it's karaoke, this is not entertainment. Why don't Riu occasionally get some outside entertainment in. It was very disappointing.

We stayed at RIU Dubai from October 15th to 21st, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, with amazing pools and a wonderful beach.
All of the staff members were extremely friendly and professional, but I would especially like to mention Louis from the main restaurant, who showed 110% kindness and helpfulness towards us every single time (we were traveling with children), Ernest at the pool bar, who mixed the most delicious cocktails, and Sultan at the reception, who was always there to help us. But honestly, every single staff member deserves praise — they were all outstanding.
The food was delicious with an incredible variety — there’s truly something for everyone: adults, kids, lovers of European or Asian cuisine — everything was just excellent.
We will definitely return, and I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
