My experience at Riu Dubai Beach was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable and perfect for families and children. Everyone can enjoy their own activities, and the atmosphere is ideal for a family holiday. The hotel truly cares about the comfort and well-being of its guests. Everything is well-organized and safe for children. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, smiling, helpful, and always available. It was a beautiful experience that we would love to repeat every year. We came back very happy.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at RIU Dubai for this truly wonderful experience in every sense of the word. From the moment of arrival, the reception was outstanding, with warm hospitality and excellent service. Despite the crowd, the organization and staff handling were exceptional.
All the swimming pools are very well serviced, offering all kinds of hot and cold beverages available 24 hours a day. The café also has a special corner serving snacks and fruits around the clock, along with excellent American and Turkish coffee.
The hotel is highly suitable for families, especially those with children. There are beautiful and fun water activities for kids, as well as events and entertainment programs designed specifically for them, making it a truly family-friendly destination.
Another highlight worth mentioning is the complimentary boat ride experience on the sea, which only requires booking upon arrival via a barcode.
As for the food, all meals are perfectly prepared with excellent flavors. Cleanliness, organization, and overall service are of a very high standard.
The best concept of the hotel is that everything is included—food, beverages, boat rides, and all services—which makes the experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at RIU Dubai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth, well organised, and exceeded our expectations.
The hotel itself is amazing — modern, spotless, and very well maintained throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The facilities across the hotel are excellent, with plenty of space to relax and never feeling overcrowded.
The staff were outstanding and truly made the holiday special. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy — a real credit to the hotel.
The food and drinks were excellent for an all-inclusive resort, with a great variety and quality at every meal. The themed restaurants were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience.
The private beach and pool areas were clean, well looked after, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. The atmosphere throughout the day and evening was great, with enjoyable entertainment without being too loud or intrusive.
A unique bonus for us was the plane spotting — aircraft flying overhead on approach, which was brilliant to watch and added something extra to the stay, especially for aviation fans.
Overall, RIU Dubai offers excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing holiday. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Excellent facility to spend time with the family with younger kids. The 24-hour all inclusive service saves you the hassle of worrying about food, snacks and drinks throughout your stay. The restaurant serves good food as well, not everyday though, we were lucky to catch few dinners that were extraordinary during our 5 nights stay. Rest were good. The night activities are also good to keep the night engaged, kids had so much fun and were looking for it everyday.
