If you don't have high expectations, this hotel can be a good choice. There are many shortcomings, the hotel is old and not very well maintained. The main negative is dirt. In our opinion, the hotel is dangerous, the walls are cracking, the railings are swaying, the plaster is falling off. There was glass in the child bed they brought to us! The beach is dirty, it is the fault of ill-mannered guests who leave trash behind and the staff does not clean the beach thoroughly. There is a terrible smell around the children's pool. We also smelled this smell on the first day at the beach! The room service was the worst we have ever experienced, cleaning was not thorough, one day they did not come to clean at all. The coffee is really bad. The wine is also of poor quality. The positives are, a large selection of dishes, you can eat something different every day. We really liked the Turkish bread prepared by the women on the beach and by the pool. The food is ok. The staff is nice, especially they treated our children very nicely. My husband had two massages and was satisfied. It is a quieter hotel, less animation and the evening program is only on the beach, which is 500 meters from the hotel, but it was not a problem for us because we have small children. We would not come back here again. This hotel does not have 5 stars even in a dream.
Definitely do not use the services of the hotel hairstylist. He is an arrogant and rude man! And his work is not good at all.

1)Top service, perfect personal. They had problems understanding any language. Personally I do speak 4 languages, but they couldn't understand neither English German Russian or Bulgarian.
2) Rooms are very clean, very good hotel rooms if you are even number for the room the terrace is 2 m away from the near by hotel. It was very bad experience waking up, and seeking the neighbour smoking and watching you..
3) Food was the same every day, no diversity, we spent 7 days eating only fried potatoes and the queue for them was pretty long, so other customers also understood that the food wasn't good. Very salty, very...
do rely on Salad and potatoes..
Nobody speaks English, which was devastating. Only Turkish, and you rely on your hand for the most of the conversantion

Just returned from an 8-night holiday at the hotel. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Turkey over the last decade, and I've got to say, this one doesn't quite measure up to a 5-star experience.
Let's start with the pros:
1. The room was remarkably spacious and convenient, featuring two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, which is quite uncommon.
2. Our room had a lovely view of the Manavgat River, situated directly behind the hotel. However, keep in mind that rooms with views of the neighboring hotels and the street might not be as appealing.
3. The room was well-cleaned, with towels changed and minibars restocked daily. Our cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and cheerful.
4. If you're interested in booking a boat trip, it's super convenient because the boats are right behind the hotel on the river. You won't need to be shuttled by bus to reach the boat - a major plus. If you're looking to book a trip for the next day, just approach one of the guys in front of the boats and they will assist you with your arrangements.
5. Solid Wi-Fi signal and speedy connection all over the place, even on the beach.
6. The food was decent, though nothing extraordinary. There was variety, but the options were almost the same or very similar every day. Dinners were slightly more diverse, featuring themed nights such as Turkish, Chinese, and fish nights, though still nothing exceptional.
Cons:
1. The activites were very poor – just some music, water polo, and pool gymnastics during the day. Nights were dead after 5PM, and don't be fooled – it's not quiet. You're stuck listening to the neighboring hotel's music and activities. We were lowkey jealous watching their foam parties and day discos. There's an activities schedule board, but it's more of a tease than anything. I'm not sure if they scaled back the service quality because it's past the peak season, but I don't think it's fair to customers. Whether it's peak season or not, if they're open for business, they should deliver consistent service. The price might vary with the season, but that shouldn't affect the standard of service they provide. It's about keeping up their end of the deal, regardless of the time of year.
2. The water pressure in the bathrooms was notably weak, especially when adjusting the flow to the upper shower, where it barely dripped.
3. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly, changing from much hotter to much cooler than the set temperature, which was quite annoying.
4. The room had insufficient and dull lighting. There was no lighting around the wardrobe area, and the light bulbs in the shower were burnt out, making it almost dark.
5. Sunbed cushions on the beach were excessively dirty, and the beach itself was not well-maintained so we preferred spending most of our days at the pool.
6. The fitness center is located outside the hotel, adjacent to the pool. It's quite small and lacks air conditioning. If you don't exercise early in the morning or late in the afternoon, it can be challenging to breathe, despite all the windows being open. Additionally, when neighboring hotels start cooking, the space tends to fill with smoke and odors through the open windows.
7. Drinks were subpar – lowest quality alcohol, and forget about imported stuff being included. Cocktails were meh.
8. Now, let's talk about the spa manager – seriously rude and cheeky. Day one, she practically tried to force us into a massage. When we said no, she gave us the stink eye every time we grabbed towels from the spa (towels for the beach/pool were always taken from there).

This hotel was 5 stars 10 years ago. Compared to other hotels in Turkey that I've been to, the price was the same and the quality of services far below average.
The staff knows very little English. It took 5 employees to tell us if they have hookah with vanilla flavor.
Everywhere there are places where the sandstone is broken. In the place where the meal is taken, water flows from the ceiling (the air conditioners produce condensation and the water has infiltrated the walls). In the area of the children's pool and above it, it smells very bad (most likely from the Turkish bath).
There are almost no activities to entertain tourists.
Instead of going here and watching how the hotel next door has different activities that you miss, it's better not to go.
The food is decent, you have something to eat (they had a fish, Asian, Turkish evening, an attempt at an Italian evening).
The drinks are local, there is no export drink.
The rooms are not cleaned, only the towels are changed and the fridge is filled with soft drinks.
At the hotel beach, the food is repeated, only beer, water and juice are offered. No cocktails, no fruit (only apples).
The evening entertainment takes place from 22.00-23.00 and consists of a little dance, music or BINGO (it couldn't be more boring than that).

Room was clean and modern. No lighting near the wardrobes or draws, making it really hard to pick outfits out. Water pressure on the showers low at peak times and one time water completely stopped halfway through, didn't return for around 20 minutes, bit frustrating.
The main deal breaker for us would be the Entertainment, it was poor and really let down the whole experience. All evening shows are at the beach which is a very sticky, hot 10 minute walk and all drinks are in small plastic cups... not really what you expect of an evening. Staff were mainly disengaged, not rude but not really interested and rarely understood what was being said or asked for by us.
I think there was only 7 other English families at the time we stayed.
Food in the restaurant is very basic and the same for every meal time. It's manic at peak times and hard to find a table when there are 5 of you. It feels rather understaffed. We ate out 3 nights out of 7, which we had not expected or planned. There is a separate restaurant which you can book into for one night I believe but we were not offered this and unsure how you even get into it. The other reviews say they offer almost the same food anyway, so we didn't bother with this.
Beach is worth visiting in the day, the sea is lovely.
Pools and slides are OK. We liked the pool at the top as it was shaded and much cooler than the others.
One day there was a foam party in the pool which was rather dangerous for even 12 year old, confident swimmers. Hard to get a sun lounger unless you head out early and lay your towels out.
We visited Sidè Old Town, highly recommended. Best to visit in the evening when the sun has gone down. Also highly recommend the Jeep safari, not for the faint hearted and don't expect to see any animals but the green lake was beautiful. It also included lunch, a boat ride and a swim in the lake, which was gorgeous. Another recommended trip would be the pirate ship which goes into the sea. A swim and lunch are also included. Don't pay extra for all-inclusive drinks though, its not worth it as it only includes soft drinks and an extra 10euros pp.
We would visit Turkey again however unfortunately not back at this hotel.
