We stayed there for 4 days and in 4 days they didn't change towels. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was limited. 1pancake and 1crepe each. Not much choice unless u ask for an omlet. We didn't use pool coz it was in February and the water was cold. Rooftop was cold in the morning to have breakfast. But it's lovely to sit there. WiFi was terrible. Cleanliness is not upto our standards as we travel around and stay in hotels a lot. When you reach they help with your luggage 🧳 but when we left they didn't. Also they charged extra 20 euro for city tax on top of the money you pay for stay. This you pay when you leave. Bit noisy at night as we had our room downstairs.

I can't wait to come back to this Riad, I've recommended it to all my friends. I spent a little extra for a superior room and it was totally worth it, I felt like a Moroccan Queen! So tastefully decorated and well kept. The staff are so friendly and helped me plan my days out as I was travelling alone. Walking distance to all the main areas in Marrakech and I was able to book a taxi service to and from the airport through the hotel. Big shout out to the assistant manager Idriss, such a great dude.
I also had a relaxing hamam and full body massage at the hotel which was amazing value for money!
Thank you for a beautiful week,
Amena

I did not stay at this riad but one of its workers, Idriss, was very kind to us, he opened the doors of the riad, offered me a welcome tea and helped me get in touch with my riad and have them come pick me up. Thank you so much!!

We stayed at Riad Moullaoud for 5 nights and in two different rooms, the Superior Triple Room and Superior Double rooom. Each room was stunningly decorated and very clean and tidy, there were a few cracks in places but this adds to the charm of this jewel in the old town of the medina. There are water features and lovely decor throughout the whole building.
The rooftop terrace is lovely any time of day and night. We had a breakfast on top everyday. We didn't use the pools as we spent most of our time doing exploring during the day. There are many locations in the hotel to relax and some I was still discovering until the last day. I had a hammam in the riad and I would recommend it. We ate in the hotel (to be booked in advance) and the food was of a very high quality, very tasty.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating and are willing to help with any question or problem we had. Any issues we're resolved very quickly and we we're kindly upgraded to a larger room than our initial booking because there was some minor work/maintenance going on outside the room. I would recommend booking the superior double room / triple room and above just because of the space you get in comparison with the standard.
The location is great for an authentic stay in Marrakech. The Riad is a 10-15 minute walk through the souks to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa (once you know the route). On your way to the main square you will pass attractions and a few nice restaurants, we ate in almost all of them during our time there and they are all very good.
I recommend a private airport transfer to and from the riad as you'll never find it on your own at first. The road for taxi drop/excursion pick up is 1-2 minutes walk around the corner and as a first impression this area is an overwhelming experience -but do not panic- after a day getting familiar with locals, mopeds and horses and carts you will become more relaxed and enjoy the hustle and bustle.
So overall we had a great experience of Marrakech staying here. It's in the heart of the medina, rooms are amazing, food is great and the staff really make the stay extra special.

Excellent riad. Great service. Built from 3 riads. Atmosphere relax and romantic. Each room has its own style. The staff and management are very friendly. You might even have chance to meet to owner who is very interesting "personage" and gentlemen. There is a small "private like" spa and you can get all sorts of treatments and massages from very skilled people. Breakfast is continental style. Half board diner is a 3 courses meal with "tagines" as main course except in Friday... the traditional couscous day.
