My stay at the hotel was really lovely. All the staff is amazing especially Diego and Immaculada from the front office. The hotel as itself is very nice , in the heart of Magaluff and literally in front of the beach. The swimming pool is very nice as well. Food is fresh but needs a small improvement at the variety at my opinion. I totally recommend!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Palma Nova. Went bed and breakfast so we could eat out in the evening. Great buffet style breakfast. Good good lots of choices and eat all you want. Very modern and clean. Taxi rank and buses right outside the hotel. Amazing range of places to eat, to suit all tastes and pockets. Right opposite the beautiful beach. Had a great 4 day break here. Would definitely go back.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and honestly, I think it might be the best hotel on the entire island of Mallorca. Everything was absolutely perfect — outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and delicious food.
Without a doubt, this was one of the best levels of service I have ever experienced. The staff is always ready to help with anything, everywhere and at any time. Everyone is very attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Mallorca, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and luxurious vacation.
Isla Bumba
Hotel was great location, lots to do and see nearby and directly on beach front. Also directly infront of bus stop that takes you to the airport or into the Palma old town.
Hotel rooms were lovely. We had a bit of an ant problem but the staff were very helpful in trying to clear them.
breakfast was great with lots of choice, great fruit and plenty gluten free, halal, other dietary options. Only downside is they don’t let you take the filtered water away with you.
Pools and gym were great. Only downside of the pools was they could do with a quick clean each morning to remove debris and any mess on sunloungers - but it wasn’t the end of the world. We were a group of 17 and always managed to get loungers for everyone.

A extremely fortunate find! This is the only hotel we will stay In from now on.
Hotel Is spotless, all staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after. Hotel bar Manager Angel Is fantastic, we miss him already, but soon to return back for a nice short break this year.
Location is perfect, right on the beachfront, Adult only hotel so Ideal for a quiet relaxing stay.
