We had the most amazing time at Relaxia Lanzaplaya. Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the strip, pools and rooms were clean and spacious. Big thank you to Irene on reception for your warm welcoming personality and to Alex for your character and the entertainment daily around the pool, the children and adults loved him! The food was beautiful, fresh and there was something different for each one of us every day. Compliments to the chefs! We couldn’t have had a more wonderful time and can’t wait to return next year!

I was generally quite happy with the hotel.
The rooms are nice and renovated. I only have one comment regarding the cleanliness of the room. The first room I stayed in had very, very dirty floors, my white socks were brown. However, I did not have such problems with the second one (I upgraded it).
I also seriously recommend that you book a room on the 1st floor and not on the ground floor, personally I found it a bit strange to constantly walk past the terraces of the guests from the ground floor, which are not even closed for a little privacy.
The hotel staff is friendly, but I wouldn't say the best, I've had better experiences...
The animation in the hotel is terrible, but I don't care because I prefer to go out in the evening, but I witnessed an entertainer one night who was drunk as a skunk and you could hear him singing and shouting from the street😂
The food was okay, the dinner menu changed daily and was good, but the breakfast was pretty average.
The location of the hotel itself is great, but the definite downside is the lack of parking, which got on my nerves every day.
Overall I had a good experience so I'm still giving it 4 stars.

Having an anamazing time manager Miguel is amazing always there to help very friendly, food amazing, location brilliant, will be back next year. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

First time at tha lanzaplaya,
On arrival we were greeted by very pleasant reception staff in a very spacious and well presented reception area,
The apartments are very spacious and nicely decorated with all the facilities needed for self catering, also extra large and very comfortable beds.
Lovely pool area with day time entertainment an activity’s, although as usual you need to be early to get a sun bed.
Although we were self catering we used the dining room on 3 occasions for our evening meal, you can pay at reception for this at a cost of 17 euros each , they have a different theme based evening meal every night, eg Chinese, international, Indian ,also each theme has has standard English food available as well so there a variety for everyone, it’s well worth trying it.
Also I would like to commend the hotel manager, he makes himself very available to the guests and is walking around the hotel speaking to the guest and making sure they are having a great stay.
Also just tip for people with mobility issues, my advice would be to contact the hotel in advance to make them aware as there are a number of steps to negotiate to the apartments that at the back of the resort.
Well worth the stay and would return myself.
P.s great aircon as well , much needed in the hot months

The room was clean and had everything we needed. All the staff have been really friendly and very helpful. The entertainment has been inclusive and kept us entertained.
The hotel has a wide selection of food which varied daily. It is well presented and very good quality.
