I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel for their holiday. It is not save and secure place and the staff members stole personal belongings from the guests’ room. Moreover, there are no cameras and security staff in place and the personnel is very impolite and rude. In addition, the staff at the hotel bar refuses to speak any other language apart from Spanish and tells the clients that they have to speak Spanish if they want to order something, otherwise they will not serve them.
During my stay, the cleaning staff stole my entire backpack while cleaning the room. When I reported the theft at the reception, the receptionist behaved completely inadequately. Instead of assisting us, she screamed and accused us of leaving the door open and saying that someone entered from outside, which was not true of course. Even if this was the case, I think, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests without worrying that someone can get in without any problems, given the fact that there are no cameras or security and nothing can be investigated.
The receptionist did not even inform her manager and her colleagues about the theft. She also tried to convince us not to involve the police. When we requested to meet with the manager of the hotel to inform her and to discuss potential compensation, she just refused to come.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and finding safer and more pleasant accommodation for your stay.

The service we received there was really good. Waiter called Alex was great, and another waiter I didn't catch the name of (shorter man) was also brilliant. The entertainment was great too. Reception helped us book excursions and answered any questions we had. The hotel is up a hill with about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest amenity. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. The extractor fan either didn't work or we couldn't figure it out and the oven took about half an hour to half cook a pizza. The beds were a sofa bed style with two single mattresses pushed together. We were on the ground floor so didn't have a private balcony which was a bit disappointing. Pool closed at 6 which felt a bit early, but might be a standard closing time. For the price, it was alright

The apartment is very beautiful, a big terrace and a great view. The kitchen was fully equipped. A great stay, it was a pleasure also spend some times in the swimming pool. I could cook a fresh octopus without any problems.

Great hotel , room had everything you could need we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Only thing I would suggest is clean towels daily or at least every other day we had to ask for the clean towels . But other than that couldnt fault it . Other than being up a mega steep hill it ain't for the faint hearted 😂 but a taxi from down by Wigan pier cost 4€

The staff are very nice,
I did find something odd after my room was first serviced by cleaners during my stay - next to my clothes i found a pile of dust & hair (that i know was not mine due to the colour, length & texture) that had clearly been swept from somewhere but not picked up. & it was left next to my clothes which i found a bit gross, but aside from that i didn’t have issues
There was one big thing that got to me during my stay;
There were ants ALL OVER my room, i found them in my bed, on plates, in the sinks, everywhere.
I understand its hard to have bug control in hotter climates but there are treatments & chemicals you can put near doors & windows to discourage bugs coming in.
The room itself is quite nice, beds were comfortable, only downside is it was 2 twin beds & the mattresses moved around really easily on the bed frames but overall fine. I had a nice view from my balcony & for the most part the room is lovely.
I would say if you’re looking for a holiday in Costa Adeje & want to be near the beach & restaurants, this probably isn’t the best location. If you’re not renting a car & don’t want to get taxi’s everyday, its an absolute treck. 25 minutes walk to the main beach strip - which isnt the worst, but the hotel is uphill about 275ft from puerto colon which is not the easiest walk either up or down.
Additionally ceiling fan is basically useless - i had it going on High all day & night when i was in the room & even with the curtains closed it was so humid.
I read through their information pamphlet when i checked in & i thought that charging €10 to use the safe is absolutely ridiculous.
I’m of the belief that if i’m a guest at a hotel i should be allowed to use all the amenities in the room without additional charge.
You wouldn’t expect to be charged to use the hairdryer in your hotel room so why are you charged to use the safe?
I ended up keeping my passport in the bedside cabinet & was nervously checking every day that it was still in there after every time i left the room.
It’s a nice enough place to stay if you’re on a budget - but you could probably find a place in a better location for not much more
