I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel for their holiday. It is not save and secure place and the staff members stole personal belongings from the guests’ room. Moreover, there are no cameras and security staff in place and the personnel is very impolite and rude. In addition, the staff at the hotel bar refuses to speak any other language apart from Spanish and tells the clients that they have to speak Spanish if they want to order something, otherwise they will not serve them.
During my stay, the cleaning staff stole my entire backpack while cleaning the room. When I reported the theft at the reception, the receptionist behaved completely inadequately. Instead of assisting us, she screamed and accused us of leaving the door open and saying that someone entered from outside, which was not true of course. Even if this was the case, I think, it is the responsibility of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests without worrying that someone can get in without any problems, given the fact that there are no cameras or security and nothing can be investigated.
The receptionist did not even inform her manager and her colleagues about the theft. She also tried to convince us not to involve the police. When we requested to meet with the manager of the hotel to inform her and to discuss potential compensation, she just refused to come.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and finding safer and more pleasant accommodation for your stay.

The service we received there was really good. Waiter called Alex was great, and another waiter I didn't catch the name of (shorter man) was also brilliant. The entertainment was great too. Reception helped us book excursions and answered any questions we had. The hotel is up a hill with about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest amenity. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. The extractor fan either didn't work or we couldn't figure it out and the oven took about half an hour to half cook a pizza. The beds were a sofa bed style with two single mattresses pushed together. We were on the ground floor so didn't have a private balcony which was a bit disappointing. Pool closed at 6 which felt a bit early, but might be a standard closing time. For the price, it was alright

The apartment is very beautiful, a big terrace and a great view. The kitchen was fully equipped. A great stay, it was a pleasure also spend some times in the swimming pool. I could cook a fresh octopus without any problems.

Average for a 3 * resort. The only good thing about it was the heated pool. The staff especially the blonde guy on reception. What an unhelpful arrogant man is he ? Arrived about 9:00pm with twins aged 3. No cots in the room when we arrived. Was told by the guy at reception that they were coming. One hour later still no cots. Went back up to reception to ask him are they coming with the cots. His response was yes “ shrugging his shoulders” he was so unhelpful. I don’t know how he has a job there. A few people in reception mentioned the same guy been rude and unhelpful to them. I wouldn’t be in a hurry back to it. The balcony had loose tiles every where. My son had a little fall out the balcony and was so close to ripping his whole knee. They were so lucky this didn’t happen. Very dangerous. I booked this hotel for last minute as it was Christmas time but honestly save your money and pay the extra for somewhere different. The beds are as old as my nanny.

Lovely clean hotel really enjoyed my week stay. I will be booking again. Really nice swimming pool with bar attraction looks lovely at night all light up. Supermarket was great, the shop assistant was a lovely young man always jolly and happy to help. Down fall is the hill but we ended up hiring a car.
