The time we spent at the resort was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the service was excellent the The food was varied and delicious The staff was more than wonderful. I especially mention Ikram Cherabi because she was dynamic and very quick to attend to people’s needs and help everyone with a smiling face and a warm welcome. The massage was very good and also the staff there was nice. I will actually come back with my family again because it was a more than wonderful vacation.

The grounds are beautiful and loved the ocean front sitting area and bar. Food at the 2 restaurants was delicious and a huge variety at the breakfast buffet. Great location for running either on the pace trail or along the beach and an easy walk to town. Full gym.
I stayed for a work meeting. The service (water, tea, snacks) during the meeting kept us going. Loved the midday yoga breaks to revive us for the afternoon.
Would recommend for either work staff meetings or just relaxing.

The structures (bungalows) and the overall resort is quite nice and well maintained.
The rooms are overpriced and the bed’s mattress should be replaced for sure!!! Very hard and uncomfortable ones.
The service could be better… we tried to have dinner inside but we got disappointed the first night due to the service and the quality of the food. My experience at the restaurant was very bad and quite disrespectful from the waiters… I’m vegetarian and I read very carefully the menu… I ordered a salad from the vegetarian menu and they brought me the one from the normal one with salmon in it. I had to separate the salmon from the rest of the salad (maximum 3 pieces) and at the end … surpriseeee!! They made me pay the salad 6€ more cause this was the difference with the vegetarian option… when I told them what happened they didn’t even apologize and made me think that I’m stupid and I ordered wrongly. The spa also is almost not existing.
If you already have booked here I strongly suggest you the Hyatt resort reachable by foot where the service and the food are on point!

My experience was superb! The pool area was excellent, and being close to the beach was a major advantage. Big shoutout to Haitam, a staff member who not only delivered exceptional service but also suggested some wonderful restaurants in Agadir. I definitely recommend this place!

I wanted to rate the hotel at 5 stars, but there's just a few things that held me back. I'll go into more detail, but long story short: make sure to book a bungalow and not a room!
Positives first:
Location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful sunsets, close to the beach and what's most important - close to Taghazout meaning you can take a quick walk and grab some lunch outside the hotel. Best aspect of the hotel by far.
The staff is attentive and very caring, smiling and helpful. No issues here.
Good breakfast, though not perfect. It gets a little crowded and a little dirty fast. Also the choice is limited, since only desserts change. The rest stays the same.
The beach bar has a good variety of snacks and drinks. They are rather expensive, but a few hidden gems like the tuna sandwich make up for the lackluster drinks.
Now the negatives:
We were convinced we were getting a bungalow accomodation, but sadly we got a room in a bigger building. And that room is the biggest letdown...
It's showing its age with some of the paint coming off, the shower being somewhat dirty and the sink leaking. Overall it seemed like the room needed an overhaul sooner than later.
Also no sound deadening whatsoever... Whatever was going on in the hallway or in the rooms around, we were perfectly aware of it...
Thankfully we spent most of our time surfing, sunbathing and enjoying the weather outside, so we didn't have to spend too much time in the room.
I'm convinced that, with the bungalow accomodation, this hotel is one of the best choices around!
