The hotel is excellent. Rooms are very well laid out and feature outdoor spaces as well.
All staff without exception were extremely helpful.
Breakfast offers a huge choice and range of fresh and cooked produce.
The buffet dinner does however not live up to the level of the breakfast and is very expensive. Better food offerings can be had locally if you are prepared for a short walk.
The other positive is the spa. The staff there are excellent, our treatments ranked among the best we had at any spa.
One are for improvement is the pool area. The arrival information indicates that the sun loungers are not to be reserved before 11:00 am. We noted that in fact some individuals were putting out their towels are reserving them by 8am. Also they were relocating the parasols to have two or three depriving others of shade later in the day.
All in all a very enjoyable stay and we are planning to go back again.

Staff and service were really good. We were given some wonderful rooms and had a brilliant restful experience.
The hotel really took care of our needs and went the extra mile to give us an amazing holiday.
Hotel was excellent, peaceful, relaxing and calm. Pools were lovely and food was good.
The hotel is in a great location to explore the resort and also the whole island.
Thoroughly recommend this place.

Amazing Adults Only Hotel with 4 beautiful pools (2 heated supposedly), exceptionally clean, excellent customer service by the hotel team. Perfect if you are looking for a poolside holiday as plenty of sun loungers. 2 restaurants, open plan bar in reception and the MAAR bar toward the beach. We went half board, ocean view suite and crown Service. Room was big with large terrace over looking the ocean and bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was modern and spacious (although shower could do with re-grouting). Air-Con was VERY poor (engineer had to come and fix it). Food was good with evening buffet changing each night. Crown Service was very good as we got free mini bar top up each day and free drinks, food and snacks at the MAAR bar. As I mentioned the hotel is perfect for sunbathing and chilling as not much else do, so we spent most of our days exploring the island which was stunning, using the hotel for morning and evening chill outs.

Staff were great. Food was very good. The room was also good. Entertainment during the evening was limited. This is a huge hotel. If you’re looking for a week or so of peace and quiet I recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the Radisson Blu in Lanzarote and were instantly made to feel welcome—such a lovely reception from the staff! Our room was absolutely stunning, with what must be the best views on the island. We’d upgraded to Crown before arriving, and everything from the airport transfer to check-in was smooth and effortless.
The Crown service is 100% worth it—I'd definitely recommend going for the upgrade if you're considering it. The room was spotless every day, and the attention to detail was impressive. The Maar bar (exclusive to Crown guests) was a highlight—well-stocked, relaxed vibe, and perfect for a tasty lunch or a cool drink.
The location suited us perfectly—not too busy, but ideal if you're after a good night out. There are loads of pubs and restaurants nearby, or you can take a short walk into Costa Teguise for a livelier, party atmosphere.
Honestly, the staff are the heart of this hotel. Whether it’s a small query or a bigger issue, they’re always friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make your stay perfect. We didn’t want to leave… still missing that room & view and feeling sad to be back home!
